Hi All,We have exported the configuration using configuration Extractor so in the zip folder we have received both xml and sql files but when we are trying to import the same package its giving me the error as attached. We have tried to export the files but how can we Import the sql files as system is allowing only xml files to import.

Hello,We are using IFS Apps9, when we are moving stocks with availability control ID, IFS pops up the windows below, I set availability control ID same as to location, but I can’t see it is set to the to location; and even in the original location, availability control ID is also removed.Does anyone have the same issue or how should I fix it?Many thanks.

We currently have a successful process for issuing ACH payments from our US payment institutes. I am now trying to implement this for our CA payment institute but the exported file format is significantly different. I have copied the ACH payment format for this new initiative, but I am struggling to figure out how to change/copy the ACH mapping so that I can make it work for this. I cannot find a file mapping. Can you provide guidance?
We are currently on Apps 8. When trying to clock off a job on the work order operation screen, IFS locks up. Unable to clock off this job and clock into any other job. Work order is still open but the time transactions say it has already been transferred. Unable to unauthorise.

I have created a quick report (SQL statement) in APP10 and the report is successfully populated when trying to view using IEE.The report is seen in the ‘Order Report’ window but when I try to view the report, it is not populated and shows ‘No Data’. The issue remains the same even if I log in as IFSAPP to Aurena.Could someone please advice if any security grants should be done in order to see the records in Aurena please?
Hello,has anyone had experience with the OCI (=Open Catalog Interface) in the past? (preferably in Apps10) Is there even a standardized solution here, if applicable? Hi, We are using the Kanban circuits system and have set trigger points appropriatly. Our problem is that the shop orders start and finish dates vary according to what time of day or week they are created. What we require is to fix the lead time to 3 days, two days in sheet metal and one day in paint. Sometimes the order starts and finishes in two days and others it 4 days, which then means the stock becomes very low.Is there an answer to this issue.thanks
Hi @Mathias Dahl,Currently one of the customization we are trying to uplift from App9 uses a standard method from cEDM class to print multiple reports. But the standard method, which was implemented in the cEDM class, we did not seem to find in 21R2.Could you Please, kindly let us know what is the standard method which had been having the same logic as cEDM's PrintExecuteMultiple() method. Else, if it was a different approach used in Aurena/Cloud, could you please let us know that as well.I have herewith attached the files (cEDM) and the screenshot of the cEDM's method being used in the Uplift Customization for your reference. Hello IFS Community, We are starting to use APB in our company and for it to work properly, I need to apply a material constraint. Since we are still new to this, we would like to apply this to only some Components PN. The question is: Is there a fast and convenient way to change the “Sched Capacity” for several PN at once, or at least in a list without having to open one by one in Inventory Part? Since we are still just testing it, I wouldn’t like to rely on our IT for it. Any tips?

Dear FSM community: One of the customers I am working for is experiencing major issues with the Smart Client login.The customer is running FSM 6.19 as managed azure installation.It takes the server frequently over a minutes to provide the response to the perform login MPM, send by the client. This then exceed the client timeout, so that users are not able to login. The behavior seems to be user dependent and is probably linked to the person role set-up. SQL Server doesn’t show any long-running queries. So it remains a blackbox what exactly the application server is during upon receiving the perform_loigin MPM.Considering that the response is consisting exclusively of list of menus and function which the client should render and thus fetch the message translation and icons for. I am very curious why it might be taking so long, and how possibility to fix this. I compared the result with another customer running FSM 6U20 however an ON PREM installation.
