Due to Brexit, this customer has to register for tax in United Kingdom. So, besides Belgian VAT number, there also will be an UK VAT number, active as from Jan 1st, 2021.Accounting is in EUR. Customer invoices sent to United Kingdom customers can be in EUR and GBP. VAT reporting for Belgium is in EUR, that is OK.VAT reporting for United Kingdom must be in GBP. Following questions are raised:Is it possible to have a tax reporting done in another currency than the accounting currency ? Does anyone have experience with that ? To allow the Belgian company to use the S089 tax template, is it smart to copy this tax template (i.e to S089_BE) ? If we have a PO receipt that doesn’t match the invoice because price is different, the stock has been consumed and PO closed, is there anyway the price can be updated and the PO matched without unmatching and reversing the POs or raising a supplementary PO for the difference?
It appears you can’t create a cycle count report for a part with a value in the lot/batch number field. We want to store unique identifiers for lot tracked electronic parts (that come in reels) in there from an x-ray counter, and then cycle count within the lot. So the reel (containing up to 5,000 parts) is a lot that needs to be tracked, and we’d cycle count the parts left in that lot (reel) with the xray counter.Can someone confirm this is expected functionality (Apps 10 Aurena) and if there is any reasonable workaround for this? Obviously we could create a custom field for this data, but given how many places it needs to be surfaced, using the lot number field (which is exactly what this is) makes the most sense.

Is there a way to connect multiple accounts to a corporate or parent account for applying cash? Our goal is to be able to upload invoices from multiple accounts to the account the cash received is instead of manually offsetting which takes a couple of hours when we receive this one customers payment. We’ve updated the accounts with the invoices to include the parent relationship on the credit info and payment screen within customer analysis but when creating the mixed payment the invoices for those customers on not on the list. Because I am sending a JSON as the message input I cannot view it by clicking on it as it is not in xml format. Is there a way to view this message input in JSON format? Hi, When receiving supplier invoices thru the MHS I need to separate the debit from the credit invoices. Now the invoices are created in Manual Supplier Invoice as External Supplier Invoice as below. But I want to separate so that credit invoices goes in as SR Manual Supplier Credit invoice. For the External Supplier Invoice Parameters the set up looks like above. Any good ideas?
Issue I'm using Plsql_Rest_Sender_API.Call_Rest_Endpoint_Json to call rest API service. It works fine for POST and GET, but it does not work for PATCH. I’ve used the Query Designer to create a projection query that includes a date field. I’ve added a filter parameter for that field, since I want the date applied to the filter to be dynamic. The documentation says I should be able to use a context substitution variable in the datasource designer with that parameter.However, when I use #TODAY# as the parameter value on the datasource, I can see that the substitution is adding single quotes around the date value, producing a datatype mismatch error. BR Experts,Could someone with Business Reporter (BR) knowledge, enlighten us whether this amount of data load and writeback option will be possible in IFS Cloud?We have a BR report created to capture IFS project forecasts and Overheads (OH), save it to the BR report template and then use the write back option to writeback values to the Business Plan module in IFS.The report is being run for a particular Company, for one Planning Unit (Code part for the Location - NSW, VIC etc.) and to check All the projects that are available. Our question is to check whether the below amount of data could be handled within the BR report.There are around 10 tabs in the Report. Hello,today we faced some issues with our DB. After it was fixed, we want to rehandle the transactions in bulk, because manually it is very much effort.Is there a way to rehandle unsucessful API's in bulk?Also, we only have option "Audit APIs for this user" only enabled for the system integrated users (like bu_ProcessFlow and bu_Integration). Is there a way to find (and resend) also unsucessful transactions from the users, which faced the error and have not enabled Audit API option?(See screenshots for explanation, that makes it easier to understand)RegardsTorsten
