Can someone explain this Server Application Error when trying to expire a service contract line. Is it possible to enable rich text markup for text fields in Cloud? The request is specifically to enable it for the Work Description field on Task Cards in MRO, but it would be nice to have the functionality to enable it for multiple text fields.
Currently, there should be four conditions for matching against an E-INVOICE XML when routing through the BizAPI.The customer appears to have E-INVOICE XML's now matching against the PO number of the order which didn't happen previously.Customers are facing multiple issues where Suppliers issue us with incorrect PO numbers and because the PO number is referenced on an Internal Supplier PO it is matching incorrectly to an internal supplier account. This causes errors as invoices are matching to incorrect suppliers, payment terms are incorrect and it causes delays in paying suppliers.Is there any method for being able to switch off the functionality to match at the PO level?
Hello,In IFS Apps 10, when the customer makes an Advance payment, the advance is applied to the subsequent invoices to pay them in full until the advance is fully consumed. We need to be able to apply a portion or percentage of the advance to the subsequent invoices.For example, an advance payment is made on an advance invoice for $100, the subsequent invoice for delivered goods is $100, we would need to apply $50 from the advance and the customer would be responsible for the remaining $50. The same is done on the next invoice. Instead, IFS applies the full $100 advance to the first invoice. We looked at trying to do this in the Installments window but there is no option to apply a portion of the advance to the invoice.

In case I would like to have different filters on one page and have those filters saved in bookmark page, is there a chance?I have found that it is possible to have two bookmarks per page - one using Page search and the second one using Filter Search, both on the same page. Hi, Possibly a bit of a niche question but wondering if anybody else has seen this before and come up with a solution.We purchased an asset which was then combined to another asset so it’s value was reduced to 0. Following a revaluation 3 years later it was decided that this asset did have a value and this was added using the change value functionality.When depreciation was completed it depreciated the asset from the original date of acquisition of the asset so 3 years of depreciation at the new value was charged in the same month.What we want to happen is that the asset will pick up depreciation from the date of the revaluation based on the life so revalued in 2022 with a 20 year life will depreciated Jan 2022 - Jan 2042. We are using Apps 9 UPD11. ThanksHelen
Hi,When adding a time report we get double lines in Aurena.It looks correct in IEE for the same work order.When select 1 line in Aurena it automatically selects both of the lines.I have create an employee to several companies where this doesn’t happen, it’s only in one company we can see this issue.Someone that knows what the reason can be?Thanks!

Hi,I created a simple POST REST API in IFS Developer studio for IFS Cloud dev environment. The query which I have used is POST method, which is very simple SQL statement and able to see the data through Oracle SQL developer.If I call the REST API through Postman, it always throws “Data mapping error due to type mismatch” error. Hello community, Two sites we have are in an internal supplier/customer relationship. The problem is they have some parts that are physically the same, however they have different part numbers.I would like to clean this up with a single part number for both.Is there a way that the historic data of the part number I drop is linked to the new part #? Or maybe a way to merge both part # into something new, but with the old data linked to this merged part #?For example, I have part ABC in site 1 and part XYZ in site 2. Both are exactly the same, apart from their part # and site in IFS. If I make part XYZ obsolete in site 2 and I create ABC in site 2, I would still like (as a buyer) to be able to make a search on the quantity of ABC we purchased from site 1 and 2 in the past years and have the data from ABC and historic XYZ (without having to specifically ask to get XYZ data).Does it make sense?
I cloned one of our existing app9 application server onto a new server. Did a move and then started a new install (following manual cloning procedure) then got error below. I created a custom tab with two attributes for Customer. The first is the Customer_id in order to link my custom tab to the master data.Now when adding/updating a value there, it saves the value for the master linked and this is the behavior that I need (so far all is OK) But if the user click on the (+) button instead of update directly the existing value in the field ‘New cf Jfo 2’, a new line is saved in the database but will be never visible because a first value exists. How to avoid this behavior ? How to avoid the user to create a new value when a first already exists ? Thank youJean-Louis
