Hi Community,

A MWO app user cancelled a "Work Order" and received the below failed transactions. The affected user is wondering why the failed transaction when a Work Order is cancelled? and the meaning of the failed transactions? because the failed transactions does not really explain much.

Failed Transaction;

  • ObjVersion attribute has no value

Many thanks for your contribution.

Hi @meshfemi

Can you please enable sync trances and recreate the issue ? Then you can see the actual error with more information in the sync trances.

Enable Sync Trances and init the device

View Sync Trances in below screen. Select the user, device and method as shown in Failed Transaction screen.

did you ever work out what caused this error? We have a the same error and I am unsure what it means OR how to resolve it

This is a generic error from FT. I replied to your other thread as well. When you get this error means some things has gone wrong when when fetching the objversion details from the underline data record. That's one of key information for the mobile framework to re process this failed transaction. if that’s missing for some reason, then you get this message.

In this case, may be the record has been already deleted or could be this message has been executed in a wrong order because of invalid transaction group defined in the application logic, Taking detailed trace log for this user device will help to narrow down the issue.
