We have a Failed Transaction from MWO Service App for ‘ObjVersion Attribute has no value’

 

Does anyone know what causes it and how to resolve it?

This is a generic error message from FT re process. Did u delete any previous dependent failed transaction? Can you enable sync trace on this device app and re run the FT to get trace details?

@kathlk  Thanks for the reply, it did appear to be the first one in the list for this user. I will keep an eye on it to see if it happens again.

 

We have another transaction error this time related to Mobile Material Req Line:

any idea what causes this? Engr has said he was just trying to issue the part from the WO doing what he normally does.

This error is bit clear. This means the record with that objid does not exist in the database. Could be deleted or not part of this users filter now. Some times it’s deleted record or record exist but no longer belonging to the user. Please keep on eye. Also check the deleted failed Transaction to see any one has deleted any previous transactions. if you have access to the SQL query tool, then you can search for this record in the database view with the condition Objid=’value you see in the FT’ to narrow down the issue.
