What will be the object call to remove the following access- Release Blocked Order and Release From Credit Check?

Hello,From the above screenshot, I need to remove the access to “Release Blocked Order” and “Release from Credit Check” I have been searching presentation objects by component and I am not able to locate them. I removed the access to Customer_ORder_APi.Release_Blocked and Start_Release_Blocked and still the user be able to see and execute “Release Blocked Order” and “Release From Credit Check”Any Idea how could I remove the access? I want the user only view the page.Instance => IFS10

Permission access to Voucher Entry under Financials>General Ledger

Hello IFS community, I do not know what I am missing in the permission sets. I have an user that have access to the Voucher Entry under Accounting Rules>Voucher>Manual Voucher=> Voucher Entrybut now access under Financial>General Ledge=> Voucher Entry. The error show “Navigation target frmEntryVoucher is not to be found in the dictionary” when I search in the “Presentation Objects by Component” I can not find the frmEntryVoucher. Any way how to provide the access the Voucher Entry under the Financial>General Ledge. ? I am using IFS10. Voucher Entry under => >Financials > General Ledge > Voucher EntryHow can I provide the access to this page? Full access under the > Accounting Rules > Voucher > Manual Voucher > Voucher ENtry Both Voucher Entry pages have the same objects:No results if I search by frmEntryVoucher

ZOOM - F9 is disabled on some fields that were available in IFS9

Greetings, IFS Community. Some fields in IFS9 were available for zooming. Now in IFS10, some are not active to zoom. In IFS9, you could, for instance, zoom under the Customer Order Page in the Sales Quotation field. It is no longer available to zoom in IFS10. Would it be possible to activate the zoom without creating a custom object?Am I missing some type of permission? IFS10IFS 9 Thank youJL

Difference between IFS9-IFS10- Service and Maintenance- Reporting Page IFS9

Hello IFS Community, I hope you are doing well. I have been noticing a difference between the IFS9 and IFS10 in the section of Service and Maintenance. IFS 9 have a section named “Reporting” this page contain a series of pages and reports.On the other hand, IFS 10 named “Execution” this page contain a series of pages and report. Could you please tell me how I can enable to see SQL? - Server Invoke

Undefined bind variable 'i_hWndFrame'

Greetings, IFS Community. I have a report that works in IFS9 but generates this error below in IFS10. See screenshot below. It only generates when the report contains a bind variable in the SQL. If the bind variable is removed and the DISTINCT values are passed from the Business Segment, the report works correctly. See the Screenshot 2.- Fyi. In the PLSQL Developer IDE tool, the SQL works fine with bind variables using the DB for IFS 10. Keep in mind that the error happens in IFS10 not IFS9. What is the page where the - Event Action - Fire occurs?

Greetings, IFS community. What is the easiest way to identify the page or path from which the custom action is initiated?I have, for example, the table STATUS_FEE_TAB and the LU AccountTaxCode Is there an easy way to identify the page from which the event action is called? I can run the following SQL select *from dictionary_sys_lu l,dictionary_sys_view v WHERE l.lu_name = v.lu_name AND v.view_name = 'STATUTORY_FEE' In addition to providing some details, it is not possible for me to identify the actual page on which the event action will be performed.

Is it possible to create a query or a way to search for documents within the context of a document?

Greetings, IFS community! Documents are saved in the database and not on an external FTP server. Will it be possible to search for a document using words that are contained within the document as parameters? I am capable of searching and creating simple queries and quick reports in DOCMAN that utilize custom fields and fields from the tables. However, I am trying to conduct a search within the attached document for keywords. Would this be possible? Could you please provide me with some instructions on how to accomplish this if it is possible? We are using IFS 10 Thank you.

Would it be possible to hide or grey out the Layout tab for regular users?

Print Agent Question - After certificate update

Greetings, IFS Community. Every time a new certificate is installed or updated on the server and after IFS has been reconfigured, a new PrintAgent is loaded. Why the three dots under Active Page are not visible in Page Configuration?

IFS developer Studio connect to IFS 22R2 ?

Greetings, IFS community. In order to create some entities, I need to use the IFS Studio Developer application. Our IFS version is 22R2.Our IFS is hosted directly by IFS. The Odata Connection information has been provided to me. What is the process for connecting to IFS Developer Studio? Having experience with IFS 10 connecting to IFS developer Studio. Substraction in Inderect Time does not match

Greetings, IFS Community. I have the following user whose last record contains an "Inderect Time". I am trying to understand the reason why the duration time record is 0.80 when the start time and stop time are the same.Do you have any idea why the duration time on the last record does not subtract correctly from (start time - stop time) * Time Share? Crystal Report - Barcode

Greetings, IFS community. There is a question I would like to ask about a crystal report. The crystal report can be printed by some users with the bar code appearing (See Screenshot 1), while for others, only the numbers can be seen (See Screenshot 2). Exchange server - Application messages

Greetings, IFS Community! Is there anyone who has experienced that the event email has been sent and can prove that this is the case because when you search under application messages the status is "Finished", no errors are displayed, and you can even click on the application message ID to verify that this is the message that the user is meant to receive. However, the user did not receive the email, but a few times the user did receive it.The event is functioning and there is no error in the application. Has anyone ever experienced something similar? We are using the EXCHANGE server. Do you have any ideas? IFS in use is IFS9

Customer Order - External Transport Lead Time and Picking Lead Time

Greetings, IFS Community. Hope all is well with you. In the help section, I read about the "External Transport Lead Time" and the "Picking Lead Time".I have not been able to understand it. Can I change a parameter from one of them to affect the other? The days on the customer's order are supposed to change if I change the parameters for "External Transport Lead Time" and "Picking Lead Time"? Is there any explanation of how these "External Transport Lead Time" and the "Picking Lead Time" parameters work? I can see the planned due date change but the planned ship date does not change.
