Print Agent Question - After certificate update

Greetings, IFS Community.

Every time a new certificate is installed or updated on the server and after IFS has been reconfigured, a new PrintAgent is loaded.

Is that correct?

Where can I find the new PrintAgent installer?

I searched in my IFS home, and I do not see a new installer.

Could you please provide screenshot with your answer?

This is for IFS 9

Hi @ZTC ZTC JGOTA,

Print Agent zip file will be regenerated when you do a reconfiguration. You can find it in \\<IFS_HOME>\instance\<InstanceID> directory.

You can extract the zip file to an appropriate location and do the installation.
