@Roel van Zwieten FndSettings is fully granted to the permission set I have. I can see the system parameter, but it is not editable. Other parameters are editable.

@Craig_IFS8_to_Cloud I previously worked at an IFS customer company and this came up multiple times. Unfortunately, we never came up with a solution.
Hello Craig_IFS8_to_Cloud, You can activate “History Log” on the logical units (LU) you want. The menu is : Solution Manager > Monitoring > History > History Log Configuration We did so for example on “PaymentAddress” because we wanted to track who/when updates payment addresses in supplier records. Then, once this is activated, you can go and see what happened in : Solution Manager > Monitoring > History > History Log Is this retroactive?

I am trying to default a toggle switch to ON and my first thought was Default to Previous. I don’t see any change with that selected though.

@KristenGastaldo No apologies necessary. It isn’t an urgent issue. My workaround is to use an incognito window with Chrome.For two customers I am able to log tickets under my main account. For one customer I have a separate login.I tried a minute ago and I still got the error. I updated Chrome to Version 113.0.5672.64 (Official Build) (64-bit). I still get the error.I have the same issue in Edge: Version 112.0.1722.68 (Official build) (64-bit)Those are the only two browsers I have installed. It isn’t troublesome enough to try a third browser.
@Frank Weber @gianni.neves Thank you!I too had followed the IFS configuration steps. I created the IAM client before the user and didn’t go back to touch the client. In my instructions I will indicate to create the user first, then create the client with the user selected.

@AsankaGaru I created an IFS case April 10.I was hoping someone else already knew what the solution was for Apps 10.
Procurement > Authorization > Purchase Authorization Basic Data has a tab for Authorization Groups. You can add groups there, then the V to the left of the checkbox allows you to add authorizers to the group.
It looks like this is a bug. I have asked the user to create a case with IFS.
Cloud Arena is different than apps 10 Aurena. For apps 10, some setups still need to be done in IEE. It looks like custom events and actions need to be setup in IEE.
If the graphical structure does not match the desired results, then the positions need to be updated (in Positions window).
I believe IFS has to change the server time.I do not think there is a way to control at company level.
What does the position access look like for the manager?
What is the employee’s start date? What is the expense start date?
Actually, IFS list was like “User1; User2”I replaced the semicolon and space with a comma (no space) and the error no longer happens.Still curious as to why selecting multiple users from list (and not editing delimiter) provides format that results in error.
Also, is there a way to look at the code behind the custom event action?The event action is not in Solution Manager > Configuration > Custom Objects Overview
You can adjust the setting for “Allow Changes after Authorization” in the Amount Conditions section of Purchase Order Authorization Rule.Options are “Within Order Amount” or “Within Limit of Authorizer”. If you only want users to change the purchase group, I suggest “Within Order Amount”.

I now only have access to 10, but I believe the process should be the same.In Purchase Authorization Basic Data, you need Authorizers.Then you can create an Authorization Group with your 2 authorizers.For the Authorization Routing Template, you can add a single step with the Authorization Group ID you just created. Then in Purchase Requisition Authorization Rule, you can create an Authorization Rule and use the Routing Template ID linked to the authorization group for your 2 authorizers.
