Is there a way to allow userID search in assystNET to avoid choosing the wrong user? Currently, when you fill out a form in assystNET, the Affected User is auto-populated to the reporting user. When you change that, it is based off of name, not userID. Is there a way to change that so when choosing an Affected User’s name, it also shows their UserID associated with that name? When you click on the search magnifying glass, there are criteria options, but UserID is not one of them. Is there a way to add UserID there as well?

assyst Self-Service Mobile App customization through InTune

Hello. Does anyone have any experience with customizing the Self-Service Mobile App (formerly ACE) through InTune? We are looking to deploy the app to our client base, but need to customize the app icon and name (“IFS assyst” doesn’t mean anything to our clients).IFS have been able to tell me the key value for customizing the server URL in the deployment, but when I asked about the icon and name I have not gotten a reply.Thanks,Duncan

Publish & distribute employee survey in IFS Cloud

I’ve created an employee survey, approved it, included participants and published it. In participant list all participants have an emailaddress. after publishing the survey, I receive a message ‘Survey Published succesfully’. Survey can be found in My surveys by participants, but no email is sent to participants. IFS Cloud documentation is saying that after publish, Emails sent to all the participants listed in the selected participants list.Can anyone help me out? Why are no emails sent to participants?

IFS IEE - Stress Performance Testing

Dear all, We have started looking into stress performance testing of IFS IEE application. I want to know if any one of you have successfully tried this with performance testing tools other than LoadRunner. I need some help in recording and replay back of the transactions. I have tried using JMeter. But http.byte.array.message types are not getting recorded in JMeter.The strange observation is, even though I have stopped proxy recording in JMeter, IEE application still doing transactions with server. Not sure how application is exchanging data with server. If anyone have tried this similar, please help. Best regardsRohit Borse

Has anyone added a Custom Field/activated ROWKEY in MRP Action Proposals?

Has anyone added a Custom Field to MRP Action Proposals (Apps9)? It is one of the few screens with the following message: The Logical Unit MrpPartAction does not support Custom Fields or Information Cards. The base view does not implement the required ROWKEY functionality.Has anyone successfully activated the ROWKEY to enable adding a CF … or will this bring a whole world of pain down on my shoulders? Sales object tax id number

Why is the company taxi id number fetched to sales object basic data and where is it used? I´ve tested to setup two different supply coutnries in Tax Liability Countries on Company/Tax control tab. One country is the same as the company country. Setup of new sales object. Assume it fetches the company country tax id as default to the sales object. It is not editable. Setup a customer address with the two supply countries defined on the company. Create two instant invoices, one per supply country.The invoice footer prints the tax id nunber from company setup depending on supply country.Tax transaction window shows the invoices with the different tax id nunber.I cannot see the sales object information is used for anything.

Splitting a batch in two handling units after creating a MRB Case

The case is, that when a MRB case is created for a specific lot/batch on a Handling Unit in the Inventory Part in Stock view, and you want to disposition the lot/batch , you wantt to split the lot/batch on two Handling Units in order to create two different disposition lines, where a part of the lot/batch can be used as it is, and the other part needs to be scrapped. It is possible to split the batch on two handling units on the inventory part in stock view, but it is not having any effect on the MRB Case, it looks as though the hole lot/batch is still on the same handling unit. I cant refresh or update the MRB case in any way.

Hi, We are getting the below error message when performing a Customer Offset. We have not changed process and have never seen before? This offset has 2 off CUCUKPOA AND 3 OFF CUPOA’S on the offset. This is not unusual. Any suggestions?

Demand for resoruces from other maintenance organizations

Hi, we recently updated to 23R1 and noticed that we are not longer allowed to put resource demand across maintenance organizations. The resource has to be connected to the same organization as the workask is assigned to. Otherwise the error message “Resource JOHAN does not have valid Maintenance/Service specific Site Settings defined.”” shows up. Why is that changed? Our process was built after the possibility to put demands across organizations. If a planner needs to borrow 1 resource from another organization to work with her/his worktask it is not possible without changing the worktasks organization or create a new work task?

Use of Internal Destination on Maintenance Material Requisition

Hi All, Could somebody please explain the exact use of the field ‘Internal Destination ID’ on the Maintenance Material Requisition? I have created a MMR and entered an Internal Destination ID, but when MRP runs, the Purchase Requisition has an empty Internal Destination ID. Why is it empty? Why was this information not copied? Second question:How is my Internal Destination connected to an inventory location(s)?Even if the info from the “Internal Destination” was copied to my PO line, how does ‘Receiving’ know what location the parts need to go to?In my understanding there should be a logical link between ‘Internal Destination ID’ = ‘Service’ , so when I receive the goods and put them on stock, I can only select the locations that are linked to that Internal Destination ID, correct? Does that exist? Third Question:Can the Internal Destination be set Default to the Maintenance Material Requisition? Maybe depending on a few other fields like Maintenance Organization or Signature?Does tha

Replication Part

I am looking for a way to run a replication job for Inventory Parts from Contract A to Contract B. However, I want to change the value of a few fields when it goes to Contract B. Overall, we are changing to streamline our part creation process and one of the challenges we have faced was trying to replicate 80% of the inventory part into a new contract, but there are few value changes. Example would be Inventory Part Planner 17 for Contract A = Inventory Part Planner 20 for Contract B. Is it possible to change values of certain fields through the replication job?

IFS Aurena scan it 10 - reversed sort order

HiWe were were close to implement IFS Aurena scan It 10 - Wadaco process. But the latest app version android 10.14.1362.0 seems to have reversed sorting order compared to previous versions. (We run version IFS 10.13). In previous appversions (and still in Aurena and EE) the sort order have always been to show the latest scanned data on top of the list in the app. Now it is reversed and the user have to scroll to the bottom of the window to see if the latest scan was correct. Is there a setting that we need to change? (I know about the sort order of feedback items in wadaco, but this is not the issue.). The processes work as expected in Aurena and EE-client but not in the lates appversion.

Invoice print error due to report error

We are seeing the following error when trying to print a customer invoice GENREPORTIO:Could not generate report: 'TRANS_ERROR:Failed transforming report data : 'javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: com.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.utils.WrappedRuntimeException: The end-tag for element type "PRICE_UNIT_MEA" must end with a '>' delimiter.''This happens when I do ‘reprint modified’.
