Is it possible to repost customer order charges in bulk? For example - if there is a charge group setup which is now pointed to a specific GL via posting controls and previous postings need to be reclassed, can that be accomplished?At first I was thinking this could be accomplished utilizing Repost Customer Ledger Item. I had intended to redirect the necessary posting control(s) and then repost the associated invoices, but it does not seem to be a viable solution.

Viewing setup within Visual Planning

Hello. I am new to IFS (several weeks) and am looking to implement Visual Planning. One of the key aspects of successfully maximizing machine load is to start the set up of one job while the previous job is finishing. To do this, I need visibility into the setup times of each job. We do not want more than one operation to plan by, so the goal is to get the visual on setup within the bar representing the total time on the job. Is there a way to do this?

Hello, is there some way to see all suppliers and their analysis’ results in one window in SRM?Now I can only see one supplier and his results in window Detailed Supplier Performance Analysis. But still I have to choose which analysis I want to see and cant see aggregated results for all analysis of this same supplier in this window.Also I would like to see all analysis results for all suppliers.Is there some way how to achieve it?ThanksRomana

PO cost updated after receipt

Hi, we had a no-part PO received and then found out the cost was actually lower. The buyer reopened and corrected the PO lines so that the invoice can be matched (invoice has not been entered yet). Finance is asking me-how does the general ledger expense account get corrected to the new amounts?Am I correct that there is no other way to correct the costs on the GL from the purchase transaction ARR-NONINV other than cancelling the receipt and re-doing it?

MWO Service app - Pending Completion status does not trigger work time clock out

Hi,When setting the work assignment status to “Pending Completion” from MWO Service app (connected to IFS Cloud 22R2 SU3), it does not trigger a work time clock out.Is that the intended behavior or is it something missing in the design?To my understanding, “Pending Completion” means that the field technician is waiting for something to complete the work. So he is not working on it anymore. He might even be working on some other work while waiting.BRLénaïc

STDSIN1 - Amounts aren't getting loaded into IFS Cloud

Hello, We are trying to import an external supplier invoice file using the template STDSIN1. However, the values included in the template aren’t getting fetched to the application (IFS Cloud). The sample template used by us is as follows. We have tested the process in IEE, using the same input file and it worked without any issue (the amounts got fetched correctly in right column). Has anyone faced the same issue or is this a known bug in IFS Cloud? Thank YouSugandi

Daylight saving time

Hello As many of you know this upcoming weekend the (Daylight saving time) DST observation ends and clocks will be turned one hour backwards. This present a unique challenge for us in one of the sites where we have nightshift running from 10:00PM Sat to 06:00AM Sun. From little information I found I understand that the time change will happen automatically in DB at 02:00AM on Sunday. My questions:Do currently active IFS applications instantly will get their clocks updated, and how does it affect employee attendance clockings, should they leave work at 05:00AM (based on the changed time)? In that case do we simply update the attendance results to complete their scheduled hours? How would ongoing operation be affected, for example if operation is started at 01:45AM and would finish in 30 minutes , at 02:00AM clock is updated and operation is then finished at 01:15AM because of the changed time? Any other behaviors you have observed during the DST observation end?

Serial Number Addition

Good Afternoon, Is it possible to add a Serial Number manually in IFS? We recently had AP miss entering a serial number in IFS but now we need to do a RMA without a serial number. The system doesn’t like that and blocks the RMA. I want to be able to add into the serial history to the part and complete my RMA. Thanks

Prevent global inventory

Hi everyone, I am looking to prevent global inventory of of all stock locations.In normal flow, we are using “Create Count Report”, and we limit the number of stock location by using “Number records to be Printed”. But in case of mistake, for example by going too fast and click on “OK” without setting up the report, all part will be inventored, and the system will crash.So im looking for a way to block this. Thanks for your answers !

Subscription in IEE does not work

In our system subscription on an object does not work. There is no notification on the stream.In contrast, a test with a custom event on the object, to get a Stream message, works fine. Is it possible to disable the subscription globally in IEE?Could anyone give a complete activation procedure for subscriptions, please?

Auto report Qty only on receipt of shop order

Apps 10 UPD 18 Currently we manually( via IFS partner integration) receive shop orders, both to handling units and to loose stock. We are utilizing the API Shop_Ord_API.Receive_Part__. In using shop floor work bench, the users start and stop production, and approve operations(labor/machine time and qty).We want to change this to auto report Qty. Steps we’ve taken:Changed the flag on receive part - Auto Report Operation to True. On the work center - set the Auto Report Labor/Machine time with qty to Never. Allow Over reporting on inventory part-Manufacturing.The qty is correctly reporting to the operation for each shop order receipt. However, if we over produce(go over the Lot Size) the operation clocking gets stopped, and the time is reported. Again - it works perfect until we hit our lot size, which we do more often than not. Surely there must be a setting we’re missing to never report time on shop order receipt and to allow the clockings to continue until manually stopped. Thanks!

Hi All, I am trying to upload a document by calling end points available in DocumentHome.Here is the steps I followed.1.0 invoke the action CreateAndConnect in DocumentHome in postman. I was able to create a record in document revision successfully2.0 Upload the document using the HTTP request as below.This is the same way Aurena upload a document. I have added below parametersContent-Type - application/octet-streamIf-Match - Tried following ; *,1,correct Etag taken by GET operation and also ETag here as mentioned in AurenaX-Ifs-Content-Disposition - filename=VmFubnNrYWRlYm==I am getting the below error in Postman. When we does this in Boomi we get below Error 401--Unauthorized error. But the projection is added to compatibility mode and access granted in permission sets and also user has the access to document management.Then I saw the below post and document from Mathias Dahl.to use CreateAndImportDocument projection. My Questions - 1.0 Can we user DocumentHome.svc to upload data ?2.
