Trying to start IEE for a specific user and getting this error below. Other users work fine, on the same machine. Same user works fine in Aurena. Could it be profile/permissions related? What would be the best approach to remove a user from the support portal, when they’re not longer with the company? It seems to be a well defined process to register new users but no way to remove/inactivate one once registered. I opened a support “question” ticket and it takes more than 3d to follow up. Some of the people who need their access removed might do damage if not acted sooner. Is there any known path to follow?
Can someone explain what is the “new” recommended process to deploy a delivery in IFS cloud using managed services?
We are implementing IFS Apps 10 Upd9 on cloud managed services.We are told by cloud support that for document management the default standard is the Oracle DB storage. How much storage space is reserved for documents in that case? With the use of the B2B portal and distribution of documents via B2B there are several hundred Terrabytes required. I’m not sure the Oracle DB storage is designed for this. Are there any other options (Azure Blob/File Storage, Shared Drive, etc) ? I’m being pointed to https://ifs.sharepoint.com/sites/CloudOperations/SitePages/Apps-Integrations.aspx What user do I need to have to access the IFS sharepoint? again .. I’m on the customer side.
Since the cloud managed services options are limited to Oracle file storage (no network) what would be the option of integration via text/csv files with other systems (i.e. HR, Payroll, Projects, Shipping you name it, also cloud managed)? Setting up drop-zones for various integrated systems as Oracle paths brings up another question. How does one post files there, and how does one extract results? There are further limitations in using reverse proxy authentication for that, which does not offer access to oracle port .. and thus any oracle hits will need to come via local network or VPN. Since I can’t have a VPN with every 3rd party solution providers, how do I bring them to the local network?Hope it makes sense. If it doesn’t, I’ll rephrase :) Please let me know.

Contact administrator.","details":[{"code":"HTTP_METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED","message":"HTTP method 'GET' not allowed for this resource."}]}}Could it be a permission error (this user has the same permissions as the rest of us)? Hello, after UPD16 deployment, financial, projects and case attachments, are no longer in the “attachments” tab on their corresponding IFS objects. Is this a known problem and does anyone know what steps to take to remediate the issue?We also have problems with several projections which were updated. This can be solves by revoking and regranting the access to them. DOCMAN keeps the grants somewhere else, though. Can anyone help? Many thanks,paul.

I was reading through Tip: Collecting Application Server diagnostic information | IFS Community earlier.What would be the option for a APPS10 CLOUD customer to obtain these kinds of stats?We’re currently 8h/day operation after pandemic planning to gradually return to 24/7 coverage. These stats will help in monitoring the health of the landscape .. Hello,We’re on APPS 10 UPD16. On Procurement > Order > Purchase Order screen, we have already the “Order No” field automatically filled in with a # when we save/adding new records. I would like to have this field non-editable by the end-users, so that we don’t end up with orders out of the autogenerated sequences we programmed in. Is there a way to “grey out” this field, but still let the autogenerated numbers to be saved in?Thank you! paul.

Does anyone face issues with part numbers longer than 25 characters (IATA/ATA S2000)? Version is 23R1 or after, cloud setup. While using ATA Spec 2000, the part-number field should be kept as concise as possible. While there is no strict character limit, it’s essential to avoid unnecessary complexity. Unfortunately, in IFS the part # field is limited to 25 characters. Are there any work arounds anyone used to overcome this limitation?
How can I implement some validation of content in Part Number field to ensure validity with ATA Spec2000 standard?I have the minimum rules in the following JS code.
