When scheduling the project, the system considers these dependencies to plan the start and finish dates of the activities. When attempting to run this month's currency revaluation customer is receiving receiving the following error. This occurs as the account 9210(which is in revaluation accounts) has been used in posting control IP26 and IP27.Account 9210 is under accounts receivable -used in ledger , which is not allowed posting type for accounts receivable used in ledger.In this kind of scenario what should be the best way to tackle this error , customer doesn't want to remove account 9210 from posting type IP26 and IP27.Kindly need your input on this .Thank you .

Hi all,This is the issue that was addressed in the following post. Where they have used the same active object mistakenly to add a new object through a purchase order receipt.https://community.ifs.com/finance-financials-42/adding-to-an-fa-object-through-po-receipt-7740 They have error transactions stuck in saying ‘’you have specified an object with the wrong status.’’As mentioned in the community post they changed the purchase group and removed the FA connected to the PO and tried to process the erroneous transactions.The issue that they have is that these purchase orders are already matched with supplier invoices and paid posted. Hence without cancelling the payment and then canceling the supplier invoice they cannot cancel the receipts and then cancel the purchase order.Is there a workaround for already-matched purchase orders?Need your kind input.Thank you Udanee.
The issue was found in the 23.1.2 cloud version When M45, control type C47 is entered and saved, and then once gone to details the error comes when trying to enter a new record and selecting work center.Same with M55,control type C47 PostingControlDetails/Form (server error)Error while serializing contents. This error happens when the server cannot serialize the data to be sent to the client.A common cause is that one attribute's length exceeds the defined maxlength in the projection.To find more info, open Log Window or Debug Console, refresh and then check Network Tab in DevTools. In the response there can be more detailed information about the exception.Error details: N/A Has anyone encountered this issue before? and is there a workaround for this? Dear all, May I ask the reason why the ‘’select file’’ option doesn't work for one of my customers who has enabled the IFS Aurena extension? The button select file, when clicked appears to do nothing. Since drag and drop is also not available, they are not in a position to attach documents via the select file option as well. While implementation work proceeds the customer has been in touch to say that they are unable to connect to REST apis using both Boomi and Postman Web Apps. Using an installed Postman client on their PCs, they are able to connect ok, Hence it only appears to happen when connecting from a web client. Dear all, It is noticed that on the People Finder page, the Jobs have been wrong since the 23r1 update. Everyone's job is showing as 001 and then being suffixed by whatever job title relates to 001 in their company. For instance, there are dozens of CEOs and general managers job titles in the people finder overview window. When viewing the individual employee record they have their correct job ID & title though. The job ID is also correct if we filter individual employees from the people finder.The whole view of people finder, where we have all the employees the job id is wrong. Do you know whether this is a bug in 23r1 or a basic data-related issue? Any thoughts? Thank youUdanee
Dear all,The email- Order Confirmation option doesn't get enabled on the sharing tab The following has been followed. On the Customer/Address/General Address Info tab, in the Comm. Method area, the communication method should be set to E-mail and the receiver's e-mail address must be specified in the Value field for the respective customer name. The same customer name should be given in the Customer Contact field of the Customer/Address/Sales Address Information tab.A value in the Reference field must have been entered in the _Customer Order/Order Details tab. If a valid customer contact exists in the Customer/Address/Sales Address Information_ tab, then that value will automatically be set as the reference value, and be used as the e-mail address of the receiver.The customer order should be in Planned, Released, Reserved, Picked, Partially Delivered, Delivered or Invoiced/Closed status.The Email Order Confirmation option in the Customer/Sales/Sales tab should be selected.Need your

Hi there , User is trying to raise a PO which is connected to a supplier agreement .The first wanted date is March 2022, the start date of the Supplier agreement is 01/03/22 but when they want to save to PO line ,it is telling them there is no agreement present, Suspect since it is not the start date yet. The doubt here is that the user states that there are other POs with similar dates( future supplier agreement date which doesn't give any errorsCan i kindly know what could be the issue here .Thank you in advance

The project time reporting needs to be reported for the same report code for different projects which is not allowed by the posting control as shown above. Hi dear all, Need you kind assistance on to find how this sort of a scenario might occur. Same posting id nevertheless different date applied to last 2 lines.(in 2022)When move to inventory transaction history the date applied is 09/04/2019 for the transaction id 418943What can be the cause to have the last two lines created in 2022 ? where as they have occurred in 2019 .The accounting period for 2019 has been fully closed also doubt as to how the periods were closed and whether the status 99 transactions were not created during that time.
Hi there,Would like to know why the cost is fetched as zero in time report tab. The employee had been linked to a craft id in organization basic data/craft catalogue .Here the craft id has not been fetched .Do we need to select it in report in work order or will it get fetched automatically Is it due to the fact that no craft id is selected the cost is mentioned as zero taking the rate defined in maintenance organisation? Hi there,Need help on changing accounting periods and the scenario is as follows.The current accounting period setup in year 2022 for company EV is the normal calendar months starting from January and ends in December.The proposed change in year 2022 is as follows in company EV .Year 2022 Year 2023 X vouchers currently in period 7 and 8 of 2022 needs to be in year 2023 in period 1 and 2 under new setup.Question is how we can tackle the X vouchers .Here voucher number also should change if we are transferring them to 2023.Further there is another company which also needs same accounting period change similar to above (Company EV) and the vouchers for period 12 of 2022 ,consists of E vouchers only, that needs to be in period 6 of 2023 after the change.Can I know whether a data repair can be done for both X and E vouchers ?Kindly help .Thank you.Udanee
