UPDATE DATEFIELD EVENT SERVER

Permission set filter for custom field MWO Aurena native

Hi everyone, I need to create a permission set filted based on a LOV custom field and apply to a certain permission set.But it’s not working,. The filter works just using core fields. Could someone help please?Tks a lot for help.I need to filter in mobile.

MWO Aurena Assignment Start/Work Start cannot be later than Assignment Finish/Work Finish

Object levels create WO or PM action not possible

Hi All, I need to eneble a object level to create WO and PM but I’m getting the message bellow.I have just two objects created using this level and now i need to enable it.Why Am I getting this message? I don’t understand because I have no WO or PM action created for them.Tks for helping.

Object transformation - TaskTemplateWorkStep to PmActionWorkStep

Hi All.Could someone help how could I set up an object transformation from TaskTemplateWorkStep to PmActionWorkStep?My need is to transform an image from worktaskstep template to the pm actions and finally to a workorder. MWO MAINT 10 - MOBILE NOTIFICATION

Hi all.I’ve just testing the APPS 10 UPD12 - MWO MAINTENANCE 10 - 10.13.1360.0 and the notification in mobile is not working.What may it be?Tks a lot.The push is not checked in mobile user;Sending manual notification works well in background but the user does not receive it.

Calendar days Aurena permission

Hi all.I’ve developed a counter element for aurena but the values shows 0. In IEE is OK. This is the view i’m using to calculate in the element. WORK_TIME_COUNTER I think I must grant the calendar to the user in Aurena. I’m trying to find it in projections. Could someone help how can I allow the user to see the calendar days?This is in IEE. Aurena is 0.

Survey signature location in view

Hi all.I’ve just testing the APPS 10 UPD12 - MWO MAINTENANCE 10 - 10.13.1360.0 and I’m trying to find the view name where the signature from the survey answer is.I need to insert it in crystal reports.Could someone help please?This is an employee survey type. So, there is no task number. Another thing is as I click to show the signature, it does not show on browser.Tried with Chrome and Edge. Tks a lot

Motorola phone not enable camera button IFS MWO Aurena

Hi All,Does anybody know why the device Motorola g is not the camera button while you try to add media on a work task?The model is Moto g(30) or (9)It only enables the galery option. I’m using IFS MWO maintenance 10, APPs 10 UPD14. I already gave permission to camera in apps information.Already cleaned the cache of app and camera system.Also reset the device. Testing with samsung for example it works well. It’s strange because if I use mWorkOrder app or the old demo apps, the camera works well with them. See print. Tks for help Missing the camera button. MWO Entity taking too long time to sync

Hi All.I’m wondering why there entities are taking too long time to sync to mobile.Could someone help undertand it and how may I filter in permission set to not send the survey answer to the mobile user?A filter that looks like in object information that the user has access just for the worktask objects.E.g. &0.MCH_CODE in (Select distinct t.actual_object_id from Jt_Task_uiv t where t.task_seq in (select m.task_seq from Mobile_Work_Order_UIV m))the idea is that the user just answer the survey and send it back.Also a filter for the mediaLibrary.I want to improve the sync performance for mobile users.I’m using APPS10 UPD17 MWO Maintenance 10.Tks a lot for attention

PM ACTION STRUCTURE

Hi all.Could someone know if it’s possible to a maintenance plan of the “children” objects based on codition of the main object in structure?E.g.: I have a pump that works by hours.But bellow the pump, there are a couple of components that each one has a pm action.I need to generate work orders based onde the hours measured registered in the pump, and not in the components.if it’s not possible, I’ll need to set the parameter hour for all components and replicate the hours measured in the pump for all of them to have a maintenance plan.tks a lot

MWO survey answer set logic

Hi all.Could someone help me to understand the answer_set logic?I have a MWO survey that has been answered 4 times in the same day by the same employee.But the answer set has repeated 2 times.If this logical is correct, How could I group a snwer set in this situation?I thought the logic was 1,2,3,4 At the end of the day, I need to create a quickreport setting a parameter with one of the answers like the example bellow.I’m using this way in the select to do this but considering the answer set.min(v2.item_description) over (partition by c.emp_no, trunc(c.DATE_CREATED), c.answer_set ) as carTks a lot for help

WO Work Task new planning - server cannot serialize the data

Hi All.I’m getting this message as I press the + plus buttom to create a new line in planning tab inside the work task of a work order.This happen with the owner user.Does anyone know something about it?Tks a lot------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Error while serializing contents.This error happens when the server cannot serialize the data to be sent to the client.A common cause is that one attribute's length exceeds the defined maxlength in the projection.To find more info, open Log Window or Debug Console, refresh and then check Network Tab in DevTools. Maintenance Plan recalculation after new revision PM Action

Hi All.Could someone explane me why the system is not recalculation the due date after a new revision of a pm action? Even the PM info is set to performed date based “Yes”. But in new revision, the user set the start value to a future date and the Due date is still considering the last completion work task date. Souldn’t the system consider the next due date on Feb 2023 (Start Value) and not 11/2022? The correct way in the case bellow is the next due date should be 02/2023 and not 11/2022, because a new revision has been created.Thank for attention.Br. Lopes

Resource group in New work MWO

Hi everyone.As I try to create a new work (request work that needs to be done or create work that I will perform or report work that I have done), the resource group is mandatory but the list is empty.The user is already in resource group.How could I enable it?I’m using the latest version of playstore IFS MWO maintenance 10.14.1362 in IFS 10 UPD 12.Tks a lot

PM ACTION CONNECTIONS

Hi all.Could someone help with the situation bellow?I have 3 pm actions for the compress equipment and the trigger is based on condition hours.There are some equipments (instruments) that needs to be connected to the main pm action to be generated according to the compress hourmeter.the sequence of conditions are 2000hrs, 4000hrs, 8000hrs and so on.The instrument 01 4k hrs, needs to be connected to the compress 4k and 8k so I’ll not duplicate the pm action of the instrument.Not allowed to connect the same pm action under two different compress pm action. Please see print.Am I missing something or there another way to do this?I tried creating just on pm action including all conditions line in condition tab considering the maint triggers of the work task template but as I generate the WO, the system takes all the work tasks templates to the WO of just one condition (4k hrs for instance).Also tried the replacement function but it’s not possible as there is connection for the related pm ac

Instance of entity MOBILE_WORK_ORDER with objid not found in database

Hi All.I’ve just updated APPS10 from UPD14 to 17 and I’m getting this failed transaction in Aurena Mobile MWO Maintenance 10.The Assgnment is updated but the error occurs and also the flag “transfered to mobile” in worktask is still checked.Instance of entity MOBILE_WORK_ORDER with objid [AAAT4TAAGAAAXsMAAl] not found in database.Tried to find this mobile seq in tab but there is not anymore.Tks a lot

PM ACTION VALID FROM FIELD

Hi all.Could someone please clarify the logical of the valid from field in pm action? My situation is:I have a pm action tha was created 09/08/2020 with the same valid from date.The pm action is using a work task template. Now, the user has created another revision of the work task template and set the valid from date to the same as before 09/08/2020.Hi all.Could someone please clarify the logical of the valid from field in pm action? Considering the performed date based: Yes Now, the user has created another revision of the work task template and set the valid from date to the same as before 09/08/2020. After activate and Replace Obsolete Revision on PM Actions, the valid from field of the new revision on pm action has assumed the actual sysdate (11/10/2021), not the valid from date that has been set in the work

MWO MAINTENANCE 10 SOME FIELDS SYNC NOT WORKING

Hi,USING APPS 10 UPD12 - MWO MAINTENANCE 10 - 10.13.1360.0 after press complete button on mobile, fill out the fields, fault desc, Error cause desc and Performed work, the info does not sync to IEE and there is no transaction failed. If I fill out those fields from debrief screen, it works well.Any ideas what may it be?Tks
