mWo in APPS9 works well. I implemented it for a maintenance group spread across 7 states. Some users were disconnected most of the day. Timing isn’t bad from what I can see. longest Sync entity is 11.322 ms.
IFS Apps performance doesn’t seem effected. It would seem performance changes with the number of users though it shouldn’t. The DEV environment (recently copied from PROD) seems to perform without the same issues. The MaintMaterialReqLine just started to run longer. All of the Log Errors are from last week or earlier (5/30-6/4).
@Dakshinie Wickramasinghe I’ve seen this happen as well. Typically it seems the server side is not updating. When I see this issue I observe the Work Order journal tab and the “Source” Work Assignment/Work Tasks/Work Order did not update.
@AVNELBEBR , we were able to get a fix. In this case the entity was hanging up due to data volume. We were able to get a patch as well that further improved performance. I would take a look at your sync entities to see if you have some long run times.
@meshfemi is this this happening with all users or just one? There seems to be a missing element with the data causing the issue. This may happen if, the records was removed by the back office, the user profile is missing set-up elements. Was there only one line for the failed transactions?
@Nipun Gunaratne Based on your screenshot information displays as designed. The “Price” shown under the “Services” tab is referring to “Fixed Price Execution” price fields only. To see “Periodic Invoicing” price navigate to the “Periodic Prices” tab for that service line. What you should see happen over time is there will be new lines under your “Periodic Prices” tab and updated prices will display.

Hey Jerry, Still working through options. Work Orders do not seem to create project transactions when connected. Thought maybe I’d missed something in set-up but the sources seem to only be Project, Supplier Invoice, Expenses, PO, Call Center.

anushakh,This typically happens after an update. Check for missing projections in your permission set related to Misc Allocation.
Project connected objects work order/task do not create project transactions. We created a solution to handle.
Check that you have a location type for putaway.
User could add “main/ifsapplications/web/start” to the base url which would take them to the home page so it would display on recent screens. The user could then set the welcome screen as their home screen.
