We have an issue, for Service Contract, we would like to have the yearly service fee to be evenly distributed to each month, for example, we charge customer 12000 a year, then the billing invoice for each month, should be 12000/12=1000 per month.
But the fact is, even we changed the PERIOD_DISTR_METHOD = EVEN, we still get the following invoice amount for each month, please refer to screenshot attached. anything we missed?
