Connecting Address ID in map

First follow the steps as mentioned here In order to insert map positions, expand the attachments bar in ‘Location’ and under map positions, you’ll find the map. Simply RMB on the desired location on the map and click ‘Add Position’ Hope this helps. Thanks and BR//Minindu

Hi @HDZRISHABH Once you have added the Address IDs under the company, you’ll then need to attach map positions for each. Navigate to “Location” and attach map positions Then you’ll be able to add these under ‘Address ID Start’ and ‘Address ID End’ when setting up Scheduling resource type Thanks and BR//Minindu

Resource grouping by region in dispatch console

Hi @anushakh As of currently, the dispatch console view will not display resources grouped under resource groups. However, this structure is visible under the resource details page. If you like you can raise this as an enhancement request for RnD 🙂 Thanks and BR//Minindu

Hi @anushakh you have to add the competencies for your resources from the Employee Competencies page. If you don’t see your resources in the dropdown, it’s because you don’t have any resources with HR Manager Access as only a supervisor can add a competency to an employee. Therefore, you’ll have to navigate to the Supervisor - Access Setup page and grant HR application manager access to one of the resources (preferably the resource you use to login with) After that you should be able to add employee competencies. Hi David,As you’ve already guessed, I too highly suspect the discrepancy of versions could be the culprit here. As there are many changes between versions, it is always recommended to keep all the components in the same platform to avoid such issues. Thanks Minindu

QR Code Scanning in IFS FSM 6.12

Hi @RAQVVAIDYA , As of yet, FSM doesn't support the functionality you've requested. Currently the Barcode/QR code scanning option is provided for the serial ID field and all the available info will be populated only in the serial ID field, which it was scanned on.However, you can raise this requirement to RnD as an enhancement request via below;https://community.ifs.com/ideas Thanks,Minindu

There’s also the option of copying the whole order. This is similar to the duplicate option but here you can copy the header and order lines altogether. Hope this helps. Thanks,Minindu

Hi @meshfemi Are you trying to create new customer order lines or trying to copy order lines from an already existing order?When you manually create new order lines, you have to save each order line before you go to the next one. However, if you already have a similar order, you could simply copy the order lines to the new order and adjust the quantities and other attributes as you want. Thanks,Minindu

Hi @Roel van Zwieten ,It seems that in scheduling, PSO will always allocate a task once it is sent to a particular resource. The workaround you’ve identified is the only way around it. But as you’ve correctly noticed, it means that both tasks, the one you intend to allocate and the one you only need to visualize will both have to be fixed, which impacts the scheduling flexibility of that resource. Hi @chandank ,I believe the issue is with the format you tried using.Report parameters are specified using parameter and value pairs. You can use substitution variables as parameter values according to the below formatting.parameter_name={{table_name.column_name}}For your example, I assume the parameter should be task_status. Therefore, the report parameters in the notification message , you’ll need to add the param as below;task_status={{task.task_status}} If you want to add multiple parameters, you can simply do that by separating each param by a comma, without adding any spaces.parameter_name={{table_name.column_name}},parameter_name={{table_name.column_name}} Hope this helps. Mobile Work Order Tile Visibility

Hi @VanGrahaL ,I believe there’s still no way of making customizations to the dashboard tiles in MWO Service App. This has been discussed in the below ACH community post as well; Might be unrelated to your question, but you are able to do customizations to various screens In MWO native. Hi @nkotakonda ,The Applications screen displays all mobile applications that have been enabled in IFS Applications. These mobile applications can be IFS Native Apps or IFS Aurena Native Apps.A mobile application is enabled from the IFS Touch Apps Server console (TAS) and I believe you cannot uncheck any tick boxes since they are set to default from the installation. TLS and FSM

Hi @Steve Hurst , As of March 31, 2020, Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 and 1.1 will no longer be supported.I believe TLS support version for FSM has been updated from 1.2 to 1.3 with update 11 Web client supported TLS version was 1.2 in the previous update With the latest version it has been upgraded to TLS 1.3 Thanks,Minindu
