Workflow configuration is evaluated when a new task download to mobile. Also it does when new task is created in mobile. Additionally it is reevaluate when a filter attribute on task is updated. e.g Object Id.Also it will re-evaluate when a change in existing workflow or a new workflow sync to mobile.

Hi,In this App9 code having multiple values for WO state is not supported.So you can define 2 separate schedules for both states. Make sure input state in Uppercase. Hi, we use Allocated Start of the work assignments to show tasks in different maps. We compare Allocated Start with current date of the device.
Each release we have new app version 22.1 in 22R1 So when you upgrade you get a new record here and it will be the active version.I can see something odd here. Still your ‘old’ app version is active and it not correct. Seems some error happened when new version activate during upgrade.Can you please check the logs of MaintEngApp new app version as below ?

Further Clarification : All customers should disable automatic updates until the o/s version has been certified by IFS. For Apps 9, and for customers on extended support, we will continue to support iOS 15 whilst it can be run on the device and until the point at which Apple forces an update to iOS 16. We intend to certify iOS 16 between now and the end of March 2023, when extended support for apps 9 ends. This means that iOS 16 will be the last version of iOS to be supported on Apps 9.

Hi, Rnd Mwo team is no longer doing any certification tests for App9 Apps.
With this fix, when answering it get new answer set Id to avoid duplicate Answer sets. if you need further clarification please check with GSO via LCS case.

This report generate on client device and not save back to server side. You can share the report from the device.

Hi, In Mwo Native apps we don’t have design option in the client. Design can be done from page designer in Aurena Online.
Hi @lopespetro We had couple of fixes in this area in last few UPDs. Any fix done in older UPDs should be in when updated to UPD14. So in this case I would suggest to enable sync traces and get the ApI line no you get the error and check bit more. Alternatively raise a support case and GSO team will check that.
