Hi,In addition to the part assortments connected to the user, all the parts registered in warehouses connected to the mobile user, spare parts registered against equipment objects that have been transferred to mobile, and parts registered in tasks which are owned by the mobile user will be available in mobile device. You should probably be able to implement an entity filter to limit the parts if it cannot be controlled through the part assortments only. ThanksSampath
Please provide the test steps to better understand the issue. Also check the user logs in Aurena to see if any sync errors. Lack of required data in mobile can cause this type of errors.
Hi John,All visits (assignments) are transferred to mobile at once so the user can see those all in my work list . However user can process those only from top to bottom, meaning starting from the first visit. Once the first visit is completed (day 1 work for example), user can start the second visit (day 2 work). ThanksSampath
Hi,MWO supports the standard visit handling functionality. If the multiple visits feature is enabled for the Work Task, system will create multiple visits at the time of transferring the task into mobile. Those will be available in mobile for the user to execute one after another. ThanksSampath
The same is applied to IFS Cloud. User specific filters cannot be applied on grouped push entities hence the work around is to convert GP entities into Batch and apply filters as required.
There seems to be a bug in this process. Not sure if it is correct that you could set the status of the pickup task to “picked up” manually regardless of the status of the pickup assignment. Hi @lopespetro N/A implies that “remark” is not relevant so the remark field is not presented to the user in any case. It can be configured to be presented when answer given is Yes or No or Both as well.ThanksSampath
HiYes/No questions only have two options “Yes or No”. If the question needs more options, then it has to be configured as a multi choice question so that more options can be included.ThanksSampath
HiIncomplete is more of an exceptional flow with specific functions like create new assignment, assign to someone else, etc upon incomplete. So in the core solution, incomplete assignments are not auto returnable. I think a customization might be needed to achieve this. ThanksSampath
Hi,Today, there is no functionality to drop an unattended resource demand from the pool just because attended on another resource demand. It could be that two types of resources are actually needed to complete the job so unattended one remains.Can’t the customer create a common RG including all relevant resources and add it as the resource demand on the task instead of adding two demand lines? Then it will reach out to all relevant resources and once someone accepted it, it will be removed from the pool. ThanksSampath

Hi,Yes you can view the historical work done for the object you are assigned to work on. Go to the work details page and then go the “Service Book” on the work task actions to see all work tasks reported on the object.One thing to note is, service book data must have been “cached” into mobile so user must be online to access those if not already cached. At the first time of viewing data online, those get cached as well so can be accessed offline afterwards. Further, the cached data is auto refreshed in a pre defined interval (every 2 hours) and can be refreshed manually from Sync Monitor as well. ThanksSampath
Hi,MWO always takes the device date/time. If the date/time coming in from MWO is earlier than the server (site) time, the time is replaced by the sever (site) time. Otherwise it is recorded as it is. As server time (Montreal) is ahead of MWO time (Vancouver) in your example, the date/time coming in from MWO will be recorded as it is in Cloud I believe. ThanksSampath

Hi Nethmi,What we can report on the mobile is Misc. Resource Allocations. Misc. Allocations are sitting in the General Resource Management (GENRES) and there is no direct connection to HCM (HR) absences. Therefore misc. allocations cannot be seen in HCM module as of today. However HCM absences can be seen in the MWO calendar but there is no way to report a HCM absence from mobile. I think the future would be to have a connection between misc. allocations and HCM absences so HCM updates accordingly. Currently the site calendar is not considered to display public holidays in MWO calendar. But I just curios to know how it is used in your business case. Does it use to see resource availability during resource scheduling and so on?ThanksSampath
What you see in the clocking as start/end is what user entered in MWO time report as start/end. Isn’t that what you need? For each clocking, a task transaction is created where transaction date and reported hours can be seen.One thing to note is, MWO always creates clocking when a time is reported (manual or auto). When just the hours are entered, current time is set as stop time and start time gets calculated accordingly with the possibility to change manually.

Hi,surveys with workflow type “Employee” should be connected to a “Employee” type Workflow Configuration to get it available for the desired employees in mobile/tech portals. The list of employees should be added in the Workflow Configuration > Access tab. These survey are not connected to a Work Task and optional to answer.surveys with workflow type “work state” should be used in “Work Task” type workflow configurations.ThanksSampath
