What I described was a possible way to limit the no of objects synced to mobile. Change the sync policy of the entity from grouped push to batch in sync rules. The filter is mainly needed on the EquipmentObject entity after being transformed to a batch entity. You might want the same filter on other object related entities as well (ex: Measurements, Characteristics, etc).ThanksSampath
Currently, all objects in user allowed sites are synced to the mobile via the grouped push sync policy. However the sync policy for the object related entities can be changed from grouped push to batch if required and then apply an appropriate permission set filter (in this case, user assigned objects) to get the required objects in mobile. Are you on Apps10 MWO Aurena native or RTM version? And in the screenshot, Favorites are visible?
User shouldn't have to initialize the app to get the required data into mobile. The data will be sent to mobile as per the sync policy defined on each entity. Both the entities that handle PO receipts and Inventory updates are using Batch sync as specified in the screenshot below. After a successful batch sync which includes changes from above entities, mobile client should be updated with new data.You can do a “Sync now” on those entities to bypass the batch process and see if it gets data correctly into the mobile.And make sure to run the “Refresh all inventory parts” scheduled task prior to get the inventory updates.

I think Workflow_Access is mainly for “Employee” type workflow configurations. For “Work Task” type configurations, Sites tab indicates work tasks in which sites (and Maintenance organizations) should get the configuration applied. Don’t you get the config applied to the work tasks in selected site/maint. org in sites tab as per the filter settings?
There are few conditions to be satisfied before the PO lines can be seen in mobile for the user to receive. If it is a inventory purchase part, receive case should be “Receive into inventory”If it is a non-inventory purchase part, receive case should be “Receive into arrival”The status of the PO line should be released If the PO is connected to the work order which the user is working on, no destination warehouse value is needed on the PO line. However if it is a stand-alone PO, only the users who has access to the destination warehouse on the PO line will see the it in mobile. If they do not see the stock updates correctly in backend and mobile after following all required steps, it could be a bug and that needs to be investigated.
Each time user activates the app on a device, it creates a record in Installed apps/devices against the user. Even if the app is activated multiple times on the same device, it could create multiple records based on the Device Id generation logic as I understand it. Then the latest activated app/device becomes Active while pushing all other records to disabled. @kathlk anything to add/correct?
I think what you can see in My stock in apps9 MWO is available quantities of the user connected warehouses, not the reserved quantities (in Apps10 MWO reserved quantities are also displayed). So in your flow if the part is reserved, you might not see it.Other thing could be the permission set filter, that would limit data sync to mobile so worth checking it. Also make sure to run the “Refresh All Inventory Parts” scheduled task if it is a new part.
Hi,I believe the entity that updates the inventory in mobile is synced using batch sync. Please check if the batch sync has successfully happened after the inventory update. Usually the “available quantities” of the parts of the user connected warehouses should be displayed in mobile under my stock.

In addition to the WO based service solution, there is this new Request based service solution in Cloud. I think you better get familiar with that concept first. This was first introduced in 21R1 in the core solution and further enhanced in each release. You can refer to the service management news presentations and academy materials to find more about this.Then in 21R2, mobile introduced the ability to initiate new requests from mobile (your questions above). HiYou can achieve this via the workflow configuration type “Configured Work Task”. You can direct the user into different stages of the workflow when a survey question is terminated.
Hi,As I understand it, media connected to the work tasks are automatically deleted from the device folder once those work tasks are returned to back office. So no manual action is needed. @Binesh @Bandula hope my understanding is correct. ThanksSampath
HiCurrently there is no support to edit/delete PRs in mobile. PR can only be registered from mobile and processing (authorize and convert to a PO, etc) is done in backend. So expectation is to modify/cancel it during that process. ThanksSampath
Hi,You can attach documents to a work order in MWO. But you can attach one document at a time and if you have multiple documents you will have to repeat the attaching process (i.e. multiple selection of documents in one go is not possible).ThanksSampath
HiLooks like this needs to be further investigated. I think what you experiencing is an app crash? Do you see the same crash when running on other android devices? I think that’s how it works today. It counts and keep the track of all completed assignments of the user and not specifically see if the linked Work Order is in history or not. This might be an area that needs improvements in the future (IFS Cloud).
