Sold Sales Parts in the Customer 360 shows all the sales parts ever sold to the customer.
@PRODQ I would guess it depends on the structure of the Company and any commonality within its network of Suppliers. Taking a simplistic approach,If my Company does business with 200 Suppliers and all the Suppliers/Addresses are common to most, if not all, Sites, I would guess it makes sense to work with the Supply Chain Matrix for Site/from External Supplier. Configure one Site and possibly Copy/Paste the records for the other Sites, adjusting values and adding/deleting records as necessary.If my Company does business with 200 Suppliers but all the Suppliers/Addresses are not common to all Sites, I would guess it makes sense to work with the Supply Chain Matrix for Supplier/to Demand Site as each Supplier’s configuration would be custom.
In the above:The standard manufacturing cost for MW-M-103 in Cost Set 1 consists of 12.00 material cost in bucket 110 and 20.00 work center cost in bucket 300. The Disassembly Components have no estimated material cost assigned. The Disassembly Routing has work center cost of $50.00.
As the Document Requirement belongs to the Part Class, you could remove the Part Class from the Engineering Part in the Engineering Parts page.You cannot disable or delete a record in the Document Req tab of the Engineering Part Revision if it came from the Standard Profile.

Just some basic questions to get some more information.Is this customer order for 800 the only demand in the system for Part A? What does the IPAP look like for Part A? What do the MRP Action Proposals look like for Part A?

Consider setting this as an inventory part that but one that is Not Consumed in production. The configuration determines which software ‘part’ is to be installed, but not issued from stock, on the shop order.With this method, assembly has visibility to the correct software to be installed, and this will allow you to have revisions (versions) for each software part number.
Not sure what is meant by “...with no changes to master data.”In its simplest form:Part A was produced on a manufacturing shop order and is in inventory awaiting shipment. I need to change something or do additional work on it before it leaves the plant. I want to track the cost of any additional materials and labor incurred during this ‘repair’. I create a Product Structure of type Repair and set it to Buildable. I do not need any components in this product structure. I could list parts if I knew each time I did a repair it was always going to need the same list of parts from inventory, but that’s not always the case. I create a repair shop order for Part A. By default, Part A is systematically added to the Materials tab. I issue Part A to the order and then determine what other parts I will need and manually add them to the Materials list and issue them from stock. Perform the repair and receive Part A back into stock.
I see in EE where one can do what was motioned previously of just entering a revision value in the shop order Detail for when a Repair product structure does not exist. This repair shop order could be received into stock in EE.This manual entry of a revision value not work in Cloud, however, at least it does not in my 23R1 world. Also, the repair product structure must exist in a Buildable status to facilitate receipt.As part of the process, when setting a Product Structure alternate to Buildable, would it be too much trouble to create a Repair structure for the same revision at this time. Since the Repair structure alternate can be blank AND buildable, I think it should reasonable to do so.
@chathurya something like this should have been included in the release notes or in the overview of what’s new in 22. Otherwise, users would only know about it if they tried it, resulting in the all-too-common “I never used to be able to do that, I wonder when they changed that”.

In EE client, you can create a template in which you configure the attributes as you wish. Then you can use New from Template to have the correct part type.

In my Apps10 Aurena I get this:I have four data points on an analysis. Select data point 1 and enter/view results. Enter results, complete the data point, select next to move to data point 2 and repeat. Then close the dialog leaving 1 & 2 Completed and 3 & 4 Uncompleted. Select data point 4 and enter/view results. The dialog opens at data point 4, cycling through data points 1 and 2 is not required.
@Anna this is one of the confusing elements of the Aurena/Cloud interface where it seems you need to do things one way because you have to do it that way in other pages.Here, your Analysis Result page shows all the data points (1-9) for your operation 10. Selecting any one of these data points and then selecting Enter and View Results will take you to a dialog where you will enter the results for data point 1 then select Next to enter the results for data point 2 and so on. There is no overview table to enter values for all the data points such as in IEE.Here I have two data points (1 and 4) connected to operation 10. I select one as stated above and enter the results for both data points in the same dialog using the Next command.I can then see the results for all the data points in the Analysis Results - Variables/Attribute/Categorical depending on the type of data point.
The serial number field is applicable only on a Purchase Order of type 6 - External Service Order.

The routing of a dummy part can not be used to accomplish this for a different part number.I have had customers create a dummy shop order for a dummy part, cancel the order, and use Edit>Copy/Paste Object in EE or Copy/Paste Selected Rows in Cloud to copy the operations from the dummy order to the new order.
