When upgrading from Apps9 to Apps10 are the information source refreshed?The reason for asking is, even though the overall balances are the same, we have 5 extra account balances (all zero) being displayed whereas in Apps9 these account balances did not appear in a report for the same year/period. n.b. There were no transactions in the year/period for the 5 extra accounts and as such should not be appearing.Any ideas/advise would be much appreciated.
Within the HR Assistant Configuration I cannot see any way add custom fields or create a new custom pages etc. Is there anyway the HR Assistant can be updated to include custom fields or a custom page as a configuration step.

We can send emails from IFS Call Center, but the responses don’t load back into IFS, everything past the original email is in Outlook. Is there a way to get responses to emails sent from a Call Center case back into the case?
Hi,One of our users has Registered a Direct Delivery against an Unpegged Order.I would put good money they would have seen the warning message:But hey-ho. There is a change to the NIC primary threshold on the 6th of July 2022, which means regulation NI03 needs to be updated in IFS. Can you advise if this is something that will be automatically changed by an IFS update? Can you please confirm the status of this or notify me where to look for this information?.

Hi BR experts,Could you please advise me on the following issue?When the customer orders the BR report, they get an empty report.But when I order the same report I get the report with data.To investigate the problem, I removed filters from the report one by one, until only the company filter remained. The filter looks like this: DIM_COMPANY.CODE IN &CompanyI defined it with a parameter Company with the default value: 8031,8111,8114,8115. The report appears empty, but when I change the filter to:DIM_COMPANY.CODE IN '8031','8111','8114','8115'with hardcoded values, the report shows data. Have you encountered such an issue? Do you know any solution or workaround on how to define a filter with a multi value parameter so that the report displays data?I would be grateful for any suggestions.Best regards,Adam

Hiwe have a BRE job that is stuck in ‘EXTERNALLY EXECUTING’ status. I have logged onto the BRE server and I can see that the job was picked up but never fired back to IFS. The excel file is in the work folder, but when I open it I receive the attached error. Any help would be much appreciated.
Hi All, I have integrated with FSM and PSO, and can see that all the task are being broadcasted and allocated to the specific resource based on the skills.However I’m facing issue with allocation as all the task are being scheduled in backward/reverse direction.Attached Screenshot for the reference.(Order of task creation is 201,202,203,204 but it is allocated in backward direction, each task has been created one by one similarly if i create task-’205’ that will be allocated before 204 why not after task-201)I’m not sure why, can anyone please suggest where we need to check for resolving this issue.?
Some of the custom filed is not showing on test environment after clone data from production database to test database.
Currently we have project access turned ON with default project roles and project teams in place. We use Project Time Registration window for time reporting. Is there a way to restrict team members from viewing other people’s time records on this screen?Currently, everybody can see each others’ time records, but only PM role holder can edit others’ time records.We have added the TEAMACCESS property with a FALSE value for the Company. This restricted people from editing others’ time records, but they can still view them.Does anyone know how to limit this view access?
How to get the number of sync error using Client Script for mobile only?
We have some customers who choose to pick up their orders or have a third party pick them up. How can we get the correct tax on those pick up orders using Avalara? Is there a flag or setting that can be changed for these orders?The Delivery address is needed as the final destination for the 3rd party carrier, but the tax should be based on the manufacturing facility address.

We are working to get our users transferred out of 10 IEE to 10 Aurena before we migrate to cloud. This said, can anyone point me in the direction of how I set the “Transfer Payments” file name default value in Aurena? In IEE, the dialog pops up with a default value of C:\Temp but in Aurena, it is blank and our users are having to type it in every time.We are currently running UPD 18. Aurena File name is Blank on loadFile Name populates to C:\Temp in IEE
