Hi
we have a BRE job that is stuck in ‘EXTERNALLY EXECUTING’ status.
I have logged onto the BRE server and I can see that the job was picked up but never fired back to IFS.
The excel file is in the work folder, but when I open it I receive the attached error.
Any help would be much appreciated.
