PSO task allocation issue(Reverse direction)

Hi All,

 

I have integrated with FSM and PSO, and can see that all the task are being broadcasted and allocated to the specific resource based on the skills.

However I’m facing issue with allocation as all the task are being scheduled in backward/reverse direction.

Attached Screenshot for the reference.(Order of task creation is 201,202,203,204 but it is allocated in backward direction, each task has been created one by one similarly if i create task-’205’ that will be allocated before 204 why not after task-201)

I’m not sure why, can anyone please suggest where we need to check for resolving this issue.?

Do you have the PSO Parameter ‘Allow Allocated before Committed’ set to True? Also, I assume all of these Activities are at the same location?

Hi @Rlaird58, Thanks for replying back.

We do use ‘Allow Allocated before Committed’ parameter and all the activities are from same location only.

Though we have figured out, it is happening due to SLA start and end proportion. After fixing SLA, we are able to see normal allocation.
