Hello All,Would you kindly advise if there is a possible way to restrict viewing/accessing the WOs in MWO App end, by the Mobiles Users who are working on the same Site (all got the same Site access).The scenario is we have a 50 Mobile Users who are working on the same Site ‘A’ (all Objects are in the same Site A) and 20 of them should only see different set of WOs (the WOs which are on different set of Objects on Site A), and other 30 should only see another set of WOs, (the WOs which are on different set of Objects on Site A).And they are currently using the same Resource Group which got the same Site access. They are all using various types of Work Types as well.Would you kindly share thoughts and advice to achieve this using Sites, Permission, Objects, Locations etc., Resource groups etc.?We are using MWO Service 10 Application. Hi All, we are trying to create a New Work Order using the ‘New Work’ function in MWO App as below.But we are unable to use the List of values for the Object ID as it is not appearing to select, on which Object we are going to create the new WO in the below window. Would be great if you could kindly be able to share your kind thoughts, if we have not set up any basic data to enable the same functionality? Many thanks.
Hello All, We are currently using IFS MWO Service 10 (UPD9) and we are experiencing increased Initialization time and slowness in MWO App. When we referred to the Lobby Page for Mobile App Status we noticed ‘Queued Out Messages’ has reached almost 700,000 and would you kindly share your thoughts and advice if there is any connection related to the above Message Queue and any recommendation on reducing the increased initialization time? Dear all, We are currently using the IFS MWO SERVICE 10 App version 10.13.1360.0 and need to update to the latest version (10.20.1419.0), through App Store. (iOS Devices). Would you kindly advise if this is performed, the devices need to be initialized and as a precautionary measure do we need to advice all the devices to keep on idle mode or disconnected? Hi All, We are currently using MWO Service 10 App UPD 09 version and when we tried to revise a document attachment from the MWO App, it always fails with the below error in MWO App side and only the initial attachment is synced to the IEE side.Failure Reason: The Category object does not exist. Would you kindly advise if the error is due to a basic data setup issue or synchronization error and any suggestions how we can overcome this issue? Hi all, we are currently using IFS MWO SERVICE 10 App and getting below Failed Transaction and blocking all the transactions syncing into IEE. (Image attachments, status changes etc.)‘The Work Task record has already been changed. Please refresh the record and reenter’ Note: The Mobile User has been working Offline mode and the Backoffice team has not made any changes for the Work Task record.Would you kindly advise what kind of erroneous process the Mobile User has followed to cause such scenario and what's the best way to handle such a Failed Transaction to avoid the successive transactions from the same User (images, Status changes of the same Task record or other Work tasks handling by the same User)Many thanks for your kind advice and thoughts.Best regards,ISD
Hi all, We are trying to create a New Work Order using the ‘New Work’ function in MWO, select the third option.Then the WO will be created from the MWO Application.At IEE, upon creating a WO, we can RMB the header > Project Connection > Connect to Activity and enter the project connectivity.However, there is no option to connect the WO to a Project currently, from the MWO Application.We would like to know if there is any functionality in MWO App to create Project Connection for a new WO created from the App side.?(Connecting the WO created from MWO at IEE is not a feasible solution since we are running time reporting and material handling flows using MWO App and related cost lines are created for the WO. There after we can’t connect the WO to a Project receiving below error message.)
Hi All, We are currently using MWO Service 10 (UPD 9) and we use the Maintenance Survey functionality by having E-forms triggered when se use the ‘Start Work’ button after accepting Work from the Pool Work. And we have noticed that some Answer IDs are there without a Task Sequence and WO number in the DB side and the Survey Answer page. Would you kindly advise if that could be fixed? Many thanks.-ISD-
Hello all, we are currently using IFS MWO Service 10 App Upd 9 (version 10.20.1419.0) and when we tried to use Revise Document it always creates a Failed Transaction and got confirmed from the Community there is a known bug related to Document Revision option. Since the option is available Mobile Users still tend to use that functionality and trigger Failed Transactions.1. Therefore, would you kindly advise if there is any possibility to hide it from the MWO App and restrict using that option by any Mobile User?Is the bug related Document Revision option is fixed in Cloud version or any IFS APP 10 UPD.? Hi All, one of the mobile user has reported below MWO error mentioning that the document upload is waiting, and this error has been there for more than one day. And we tried to check if there are any Failed Transactions and there were no records for the subject user to clear.We tried to expedite the process by connecting Wi-Fi and using Mobile data but it didn't change the status of the error and it's still in ‘Idle’ condition.We are using IFS MWO Service 10 (UPD 9) and this error has been reported intermittently, Would you kindly advise,1. what could we do to have this 336-document uploaded into IEE and2. Kindly advise if we use initialization can lead to a data loss? Or what could happen if the user use ‘Force Initialization’ option? Many thanks for your kind thoughts and advice.
Hi All,We use UNSPCS classification standard for Part numbers. Accordingly, there are instances where the “Part No’ and ‘Node ID’ could have the same value. In such instance, when trying to connect the part to the node, it gives below error message.However, Node ID and Part No are two different things, where we are not trying to create another Node with same Node ID, it’s that we are trying to connect a part with same value for the node. This error is observed in App10 UPD9. Is this a bug? Is it corrected in any latest update? Thanks.
Hi All, We are currently facing an issue of reported hours value mismatch between Activity > Hours tab and registered Activity Hours tab as below. Hello Community, would you kindly advise if it is possible to perform ‘Create Correction Transactions’ RMB option on Activity records which are in ‘Completed’ state?We are having a few Time transactions where not have created records in the ‘Project Connections’ window. Due to this Hours tab is showing a less number of Hours than ‘Activity Hours’ tab.But even i have created the correction transactions and perform ‘Refresh Project Connections’ functionality, it's not getting updated.Would you kindly share your kind thoughts and advice?
