Is it possible to change the setup of a standard drop down list to be able to select multiple values from it?

Hi,Is it possible to change the setup of a standard drop down list to be able to select multiple values from it?The example I have is for an Health and Safety process: Incident Management, in IFS Cloud 22R2When investigating an incident, it is possible to enter a Basic Cause for it in IFS.However, it is quite often that there are multiple causes to one incident.So the idea would be to “transform” the standard field “Basic Causes” so it could hold multiple selection.But is that technically possible ?a CRIM via Page Designer ?Kind regards,Lénaïc

MWO Service app - Pending Completion status does not trigger work time clock out

Hi,When setting the work assignment status to “Pending Completion” from MWO Service app (connected to IFS Cloud 22R2 SU3), it does not trigger a work time clock out.Is that the intended behavior or is it something missing in the design?To my understanding, “Pending Completion” means that the field technician is waiting for something to complete the work. So he is not working on it anymore. He might even be working on some other work while waiting.BRLénaïc

Is there a setting somewhere in IFS Cloud 22R2 that sets the created Work Task Sales lines as "not invoiceable" by default?

Hi,Status Invoiceable is set by default on the created Work Task Sales lines whenever there is a customer added on the work task. Customer scenario is that IFS Cloud (currently in 22R2 SU10) is used as an EAM solution and not as an ERP. Invoices are not managed in IFS Cloud. However they do need to connect each Work Task to the relevant Customer, which leads to all Work Task Sales Lines to be created as “invoiceable” by default.In order to close Work Orders and Work Tasks, the customer has to manually set all Work Task Sales Lines to “not invoiceable”A setting to change this default behavior did not exist in Apps 10 according to this post: Has it been introduced in IFS Cloud and if so in which version?If this functionality does not exist, is there a way to use Page Designer to set the field “State” to the value “not invoiceable” by default?ThanksKind regardsLénaïc

IFS Cloud 22R2 SU10 - MWO notification language change from English to French

Hi ⁠I am searching for the right settings to get MWO Maintenance App fully in French language on my iOS device.My mobile device is set up for French.The preferred language for the mobile user I am connecting with is set up to French.The App menus and various screens and fields are in French ok.But not the notifications for new assignments. They remain in English. Am I missing a setting somewhere or should it be reported as a bug?

Object Measurements linked to Work Task

Hi,Creating this idea on behalf of a customerIFS Cloud 22R2 - Service / EAM solutionWhen Object Measurements are registered from a Work Task or a Work Task Step, either on MWO App or directly on IFS Cloud, the Work Task reference is not recorded against these Object Measurements.This prevents from being able to easily integrate Object Measurements into the work reporting for the Task.Unless creating a CRIM for it.This would be a great enhancement to have this link as part of the standard core solution

Is 22R1 tool check-out/in functionality available from MWO App ?

Hi,In IFS Cloud 22R1, the tool check-out/in functionality was introduced in Asset Management, with the possibility to do self check-out/in for technician.I could only find how to perform this from IFS Cloud and not from MWO App.is this functionality available on MWO app in some way ?If not is it planned for it to be added ?For the customer I am working for, technicians will only have access to IFS through MWO App with LTU licenses. This tool check out / check in process was something of interest. But if it is only available from back office and not from MWO app, they will not be able to use it.Kind regardsLénaïc

Rental Management - Is Rent to Work Order from Supplier available to be performed on MWO ?

Hi, With the rental management process, it is possible to manage the rental of a tool from a Supplier directly from a Work Task : start rental, end rental...Is it possible to manage this kind of rental from MWO Service App ?I cannot find these actions on the work assignment pushed to the mobile device.If this functionality is not available on MWO app, is it part of the roadmap to add it ?Kind regards,Lénaïc

Hi all,In IFS Cloud 21R1, I am looking for the required set up to make visible planned working time for a person resource in "Allocate resource" page.From the legend, I can see color codes corresponding to Calendar Details so it should be possible to have them displayedWhat I have done so far :create a day type dependant schedule in HR and assign it to the employee with time base = generated results the employee is linked to a resource with “use of HR schedule” activated I executed 2 background jobs : Generate Timrep intervals and hours + Generate calendar for Gantt I selected the option “Show working time” in the settings of the “Allocate resource” pageAnd yet I have a grey line throughout the day : What am I missing ?Is there anything else to do ? Custom Field set up with multiple lines

Work Assignment Time Report calculation

Hi,Using MWO with IFS Cloud 22R1, I noticed that the “Actual Worked Hours” are calculated using “Assignment Finish” date and time.Is it the expected behavior ?It make more sense to me that it would be calculated with “Work Finish” date and time.Kind regards,Lénaïc

Customer No not inherited from Object party

Preventive maintenance scheduled outside of working hours

Hi all !My customer (in IFS Cloud) has some preventive maintenance activities that need to be scheduled and executed outside of working hours, ie during night time or during week-ends.I thought I could use the calendar that can be linked to a PM Action.But I saw in another post on this Community that this calendar is designed to add exceptions to the main calendar, which is used to define planned date and time in the maintenance plan.The main calendar being the one linked to the maintenance organization associated with the PM Action.Is there a way to set up the system so that, for some PM Actions, the maintenance plan occurrences are scheduled outside of working hours (or according a different calendar than the one linked to the maintenance organization) ?NB : it is not possible to create a different maintenance organization for “work outside working hours” because the employees would be the same in both organization.Have you already encountered this type of requirement ?Any idea on ho

GIS Map integration - IFS Business Objects and GIS Objects

Hi all,We would like to view on a Map, all the Functional and Serial Objects, and their operational status for instance. The environment is IFS Cloud 21R2.We set up the GIS Map with a base map and a layer pointing to the LU for these IFS business objects.We can see the layers on the Map but no “dot” for the IFS business objects, even though these objects have a Map position linked to them.Are the IFS Objects with their Map position not enough by themselves to be displayed on the GIS Map ?Is there antoher required setting ?Kind regardsLénaïc

Employee payments : Is it possible to group the payment of several expense sheets for the same employee into 1 bank transfer in the SEPA file ?

Hi,This question is related to an APPS 10 UPD10 environment and for SEPA format file.Let’s say you have 3 expense sheets for the same employee.You authorize the 3 expense sheets and transfer them for payment.The created file will have 3 bank transfers, one for each expense sheet.We would like to have only 1 bank transfer, grouping the 3 amounts.Is that possible in some way ?Thanks !
