(I guess I might use two transformation methods for both case, one for purchase order to Incoming Customer Order and one from Incoming Customer Order to Customer Order // one for purchase order line to Incoming Customer Order line and one from Incoming Customer Order line to Customer Order line) Best regards, Laura

Hello, My client would like to know if it is possible to change the beginning of the automatic counter of the Supplier and the Client to make the distinction between both in entities where they both appear?Lets say, when I register a client, the counter starts at 1 000 000, so the next client I register takes no 1 000 001, and so on. Same for the supplier that would start at 2 000 000, and the next supplier I save would have no 2 000 001 Thanks a lot in advance, Laura

Hello all, I am trying to set up a purchase order authorization rule and/or ewith 2 steps : First step has an authorization type based on an authorization group Second step has an authorization type based on a role projectHowever, when I set it up, it does not work if there are 2 steps with a different authorization type. I’ve checked the following :Self-service Procurement catalog is published and is valid for all users Category Assortment is active Product lines are existing in the catalog and are not set as “excluded” Companies of all sites are defined in the “Companies” group of page “Category Assortment” Sites are defined in the valid sites tab of the “Self-service Procurement catalog” Self-service Procurement catalog is up to date (update has been made)Another catalog works and is seenable on Self Service Procurement Portal. The only differences I see are :The seenable catalog has been manually created while the unseenable catalog has been created by datamigration. Hello,Do you know a way to update easily the prices of many supplier for purchase part for one site and for one supplier instead of going through each supplier for purchase part?I know we can do that by data migration but the access of data migration will be restricted to the IT service. In order to be autonomous for this action, buyers would like to update prices of many supplier for purchase part without data migration.I was thinking of the screen below but the modification of each line is not possible, I need to go to the details and that open one and only one supplier for purchase part. Hi all, My client has implemented purchase order authorization with 3 steps. I would like to know if step 3 is refused, how is it possible to revoke all authorization for the buyer to change his purchase order? For now, I can see that if step 1 was authorized by one user and step 2 by another user, the user of step 3 cannot revoke previous steps. Laura
Hi everyone, My client asked for an event action to block modification on the supplier and the client whenever there is no approval routing under process, and this event action is set up.However, they have 500 companies, so we are setting up a replication job of data migration : whenever a company is created, it is added to the company elements of the supplier and the client (based on a “master company”). However, this replication job might not work with the event action that were set up.Two questions :Do you know if this replication job of data migration can bypass this action event, so even if there is no approval routing and the modification is impossible, the data are replicated? Or on the contrary, is it possible to say on the event action, block the modification except if it comes from a data migration job?Thanks in advance
Hello, I would like to know if it possible to create a command that launches a migration job?My client, who is a buyer, needs to create a text file format document with some specific parameters (specific date of creation of the command, for purchase orders that are authorized and with “release” status, with a specific supplier).However, as it is recommended to give access to data migration jobs to someone not being part of the IT department, I would like to create a command on the “purchase orders” screen that would launch the migration job when the command is clicked on by the buyer.I can’t automatize it because the buyer needs to check every purchase order made by the 600 sites belonging to the company, cancel some orders, before generating this txt file.Could someone tell me if it possible ? In “Copy Part” screen, either if the “Cancel if original is missing” Boolean field is active or not, if we copy a non-existing “From Part No” from site X to a site where it also does not exist, there is no error message. An information message says that the part is created while it is not created. An error message would be better…Is it going to be improved in next releases? (I am currently under 21R1)
