hi, is there anyway that resource names can be changed?I wanna change Michael Henry to Henry Michael but don’t see any option for that. Since this is being used in many assignments, allocations, I cant delete & create a new one too. I have many others like this.

Hello,Is there a way to display the Map Position added to an Assignment in My Work and Work Details screen in mWO Service which the technician can utilize to navigate?I’ve tried adding the Entity ‘TaskMapPosition’ to the Work Details screen with baseline attributes Latitude and Longitude. But the fields are displayed as normal text fields and not Address Fields which can be used for navigation.I do not want the Latitude and Longitude to be linked to an Address or Location. Hi all, I'm having a set of data as shown in the below table. Stock count according to the type for each monthCurrently, this data is showing in the lobby as below where it splits according to the type for each month. But, I actually want the y axis to be split according to the type for each month. In this example i’d want it to look like below. Is there any feasibility of getting a chart like above in IFS lobby? Hi all, We are trying to create a New Work Order using the ‘New Work’ function in MWO, select the third option.Then the WO will be created from the MWO Application.At IEE, upon creating a WO, we can RMB the header > Project Connection > Connect to Activity and enter the project connectivity.However, there is no option to connect the WO to a Project currently, from the MWO Application.We would like to know if there is any functionality in MWO App to create Project Connection for a new WO created from the App side.?(Connecting the WO created from MWO at IEE is not a feasible solution since we are running time reporting and material handling flows using MWO App and related cost lines are created for the WO. There after we can’t connect the WO to a Project receiving below error message.)
Is it possible to remove enteries from the Mobile Log? Our Log Table is growing and sits around 800 logs. We have resolved / accepted / fixed the errors but there doesn’t appear to be a way to remove them? It makes it difficult to see what are new errors and what hasn’t been resolved/investigated by the Team? Thanks,

Hi team,Quick Question please, Can a single user be granted mutiple LTU’s. Amn example is where a user is a PR/PO authorizer and the same time this user is an authorizer for invoices. Will that work if we assign to LTU’s to this user? FTU is not needed in this case only LTU. Kind regards,Mustafa

IFS cloud 22R2I was able to initiate the Ad hoc Work Reporting wizard and move to the stages but when I reach the Materials section, my attempts to populate the Part Availability for Issue Material section is not successful.I have tried several different combinations such as using the apply and reset buttons but I cannot seem to populate with any values. Has anyone successfully worked on this section ? Any tips to get this to work ?
Hi there, I am currently looking at expanding our use of Call Centre Cases in IFS (Apps 10). IFS use Cases to handle their customer support issues and have an auto upload email address set up which automatically adds emails to the Case that it relates to as contact notes. Hi all,We’re in the process of an IFS Cloud implementation and I’m setting up some Data Migration jobs to perform data loads for testing and later on in Production.When setting up the CREATE_TABLE_FROM_FILE job, there are some preset rules loaded but I always need to manually add SKIPLINES rule = 1, because I really want to keep the headers in my upload .csv template file.Any idea where I can add the skiplines rules in the default?
