We have our Supplier setup on the Payment tab for Payment Advice – At Create Order, set the AP Supplier Contact for an Email Comm Method and Output Media as Email.We setup the Event to trigger for PDF_REPORT_CREATED to trigger on UNIFORM_PAYMENT_ADVICE_REP. We set the Attach Files to PDF_FILE.Created a Manual Supplier Invoice, Created a Payment Proposal for the Supplier, Acknowledge, Create Payment Order, process. I receive the email with the attached PDF Remit Advice but for some reason, it also prints the PDF to the default printer set on the IFS Server that is running the Print Agent. AP was ok with the document printing as long as we could set it to print to their printer which is setup. We added the UNIFORM_PAYMENT_ADVICE_REP to the Printer Definitions/Report Printer to Default to the AP printer but it still just printed to the Print Agent default printer. We tried a number of defaults in the Printer Definitions but nothing affected that it always prints. We are on Apps 10 Upd
Hi ALl, Working in 23R1 and I noticed some strange behaviour.I created a Work Order from a Customer Order using ‘Related Pages’ > ‘Service Request’. Once the Work Order was created I could go from CO to WO by using ‘Related Pages’ > ‘Connected Work Orders’. But strangely enough, as soon as the WO goes into status ‘Released’, you can no longer navigate from the CO to the WO because the ‘Connected Work Orders’ link is no longer present. It is replaced with ‘Service Request’ again. (see printscreens below). I am happy that there is a possibility to connect a second WO to my CO, but not so happy with the fact that the possibility to easily navigate from CO to Wo is now gone as soon as my WO becomes ‘Released’. Is this intended behaviour or a bug? Looking forward to any feedback on this. HI, I have created a custom tab ‘Register Arrivals’ in Purchase Order window.I have also created a custom menu Purchase Order in ‘External Supplier Invoices' window. Scenario 1: If I access directly Purchase Order window ==> Custom Tab ‘Register Arrival’ is visible.Scenario 2 : When I open ‘External Supplier Invoices' window/ RMB ‘Purchase Order’ ==> Custom Tab ‘Register Arrival’ not appearing in Purchase Order window. I noticed that Register Arrival tab will be visible again in Scenario 2 if I remove the param VERSION=SINGLE_COMPANY from the URL . Any thoughts would be much appreciated.Thanks
Hi team, The Supplier For Purchase Part screen contains a field named 'Min Order Qty', which according to the system help should trigger a warning/alert if a Purchase Requisition or Purchase Orders is raised for a lesser quantity. I was able to create a client script that updates the non_part_usage.user_def4 with the person’s phy_svc_grp_c based on the person’s place. If there is no person attached to the task, it will clear the user_def4. If there is a person attached, it will update user_def4 with the person’s place phy_svc_grp_c. The issue that I am running into is when I change the person’s place phy_svc_grp_c on the place screen, it does not update to the new phy_svc_grp_c but blanks it out. Hi,Is there any way to manually changing the lifecycle stage of just one part without affecting other parts or company level/ asset class level set-up? We have one part tagged as expired but we need to change the status since it’s not allowing us to receive the new purchases. The only way I can see if to perform a dummy receipt and an issue out to trick the system. Appreciate if anyone can share what they did.Thank you in advance
Hi, Can someone explain the purpose of the Address Setup screen in Enterprise Basic Data? Even when the User defined Row Length is set to 35, I can see Addresses 3 and 4 filled in up to 100 characters. It seems Addresses 1 and 2 have no bearing on this setup anyway
