Documentation - Permission Set "Activities"

Hi @ttzeleznik ,some of the activities are not meant to use for 3rd parties. RnD not decided to add help documentation for this at the moment. Hi, Firstly, in case you decide to file a case about the signing, the agent is part of the client framework and supported by their support teams. Although when we add Url to the installation process, it says it’s installed successfully. But the local path is not set at user settings Did you follow the steps in trouble shooting guide in our tech docs? Also, make sure to reload any open web browser tab where you want to use the agent, after it has been installed. Hi Mathias, We have followed the troubleshooting guide and finally we realized that there wasn’t any log file created for App data. It’s because of above security reason. Best Regards,Nipun

Hi, As of now, we're only signing the MSI package which the exe file is included in. Right now I cannot say if it would be more "correct" to also sign the exe file before it is packaged into the MSI. Can you verify that the MSI used to install the agent is signed? The latest version should be. Yes I think it’s a signed one. I cannot think of an “automatic” solution for this problem. My suggestion is therefore to think of another way to work. For example, approve the steps you need to approve in batches, per company. So, sort out the approvals you have to do for company 200. Change the default company to that, and do the approvals. Repeat for the other companies you need to approve. That is, if you need to use Object Info… If not, you can of course approve straight away from the Approvals screen. Or perhaps they can develop a small quick report that summarizes the most important information about the “object”, joined with the approval steps you have. Then, use the approvals screen to approve the steps. In my view, but then again I seldom “use” the company concept, it is strange to not show a record, just because it uses another company than your default. To me it would seem logical that I can see the record if “I have access to“ the company, which seems to be the case here. In my view, the problem lies in

Hi @ShawnBerk , This is the step which we have done. I think it’s because of the object which is company dependent. When the RMB and selects Object Info, it takes user to the Project screen but it’s blank because his default company is 210 not 200 Could you please tell me about ‘Multi-Company Analysis overview’ ? Work task and work order 'Reported' status

Hi Kushan,That behavior is understandable. But my point is why the system allows to change the WO header status to ‘reported’ while neither of our WT are changed to ‘reported’. Is there any specific reason?Help says ,"Reported - This status means that all the transactions related to the work task connected to the work order have been reported. Enter $ -200.System create a new credit order line.Create invoice on the credit invoice $-200 order line.Due to customer order type SEO, we need to manually deliver the customer order. RMB on credit invoice order line.Deliver customer order and make it to status “Delivered”. In this stage we need to cancel the CO. That is not possible Best Regards,Nipun

Hi Djedai, No you can’t. New work orders automatically receive the ‘Work Request’ status. Manually entered work orders receive the ‘Fault Report’ status. Thanks & Best Regards,Nipun
