Does anyone know which one is the oracle table where the log are stored after they are enabled as above? I find the PDF history logs awkward to work with.

Thank you William and Malik. I was expecting the Shared drive option to be available,. Pity the cloud onboarding team did not specify any limitations. We’ll look into creating the B2B portal elsewhere. Even the SharePoint option is limited to 25TB per site. Cheers, Paul.
Please note that the drawings/files stored in the PLM need the BOM structure saved when they are created in order to be read by CADTalk and processed by the interface. If there’s no structure data in the files you start with, the possibility is there, but the results are depressing.
Ok, so if I understand correctly, instead of dropping a file somewhere and monitoring that location, we create an inbetween service where we post the files in. The posted files be processed by the inbetween service which will communicate via REST API with the IFS app server doing what’s needed.Sounds ok if it does not stop in the middle or some bright guy tries to process the same file multiple times. A good thing would be a way to register devices, similar with touch-apps, but on a global scale, including desktop and laptop stations. With enterprise managed devices most of the companies use inTune or alike already. I welcome the possibility of logging in simultaneously from few (1-5) devices.For IFS the license sell it’s covered by the right to audit .. I would not worry too much from a partner perspective on what the clients are doing. As a partner, just inform the client that their practice is not recommended, and just hint to their contractual obligations. They also have the right to receive warnings as their faulty mode of operation might not be intended.
It does not look to be a screen to have its own projection .. but only an overlay existing in all screens.
History tells that if the monitored parameters are not shared with the customer, the customer cannot plan any activities on the cloud environments and the process is simply reactive. Since I started this topic we stopped twice the production system to “resize the drives”, while trying to migrate data in it. From a customer perspective, I need to know how much free space I have on the drives, before I’m planning to migrate case management attachments in. Cloud Ops get their alerts at 95% fill-up , while my MTK is crunching. By the time they put a “proactive” ticket up and someone sees it, the drives are full.
Thank you Ruchira. It’s solved. A missing CONNECT grant for particular user through the proxy user. The CONNECT privilege has been revoked due to some reason. During the creation of users, a user entry to proxy_users table is added automatically. However, if that gets removed, you will get the mentioned error message.
Same issue happens here (APPS 10 cloud). the fix / workaround we found is to republish the Quick Report which resets the resource links internally. You’ll need IFS_FULL rights or Quick Reports admin rights to do that.
Please take into account that in the nonproduction environments you have settings that get overwritten and settings that don’t. For example, the integration users and IFS Connect settings, get duplicated, while Demand Planner Flows and configurations don’t. If you clone PROD to TEST, make sure the emails out get disabled or monitored. Many times when PROD settings get copied, you sent TEST invoices out to customers, without them knowing you’re testing. We’re a cloud customer, the cloning is done by the cloud team, but even with their scripts in hand, there are still things you should be aware of. Before using the cloned environment, validate what you can (you can’t validate everything) as part of the test script/procedure.
Gremlins in the system .. does not look like it’s supposed to expire. To lock yes, but not to expire.

I guess I found the issue. Time Registration Time Base was missing for the select few. I think we need better error messages ..
I originally put it here because most of the time management we do is related with project work (i.e. assigning time to project tasks). since I found the answer myself .. I’ll direct my next questions to HCM area.
Looks like it’s not that straightforward without modifying the system view (IFSAPP.CC_CASE_OVERVIEW) to include the desired fields via left joins, and once modified, I hope there’s a way to include the new columns in the filters. If there’s any other way, please let me know.
Hello Anmise, I’m looking specifically for “Our Resolution” field, from case details. The idea is to make it searchable from the case overview screen and filter cases by %keyword%. I have some custom fields in the header (additional details), and those are easy to bring in via screen configuration and add it to the “column chooser”. We’re running APPS 10 UPD16, in a cloud environment.
Same issue after UPD16 deployment in APPS10. Not only in this screen, but Customer invoices, even in case management . Opened a support case too.
Hi Mathias,The individual attachments disappeared from the corresponding screens where they were attached. and yes, the attachments themselves can still be filtered/reviewed/downloaded in the Document Object Connections list. They still contain there a lot of metadata (when they were uploaded, by whom etc). Many thanks.
We’re a “new” customer and started with APPS10 UPD7.last year. Nothing like this happened when we upgraded from UPD7 to UPD9 or UPD9 to UPD11. Only now when we did the UPD11 to UPD16 we’ve had issues. I indeed opened a case in IFS Service Now and they gave me a script which is usually employed when one updates from APPS9 to APPS10. That seemed to fix Pre-PROD, if there are no “recent” doc approvals which generate duplicate keys somewhere.. All good when it ends good.
Search QUICK REPORTS .. these are lists based on SQL statements.
The screen is in the title; Application Base Setup > Enterprise > Company > Company Synchronization > Basic Data Synchronization We have multiple legal entities. (e.g. 1000, 2000 ..9000). I select 1000 as source company, and my 7000 company does not appear in the targets. Every other one is there. There’s no + button to add it .. With thanks, Paul.
Thank you very much Makede. We’re on APPS10 UPD16.The 7000 company was the source of another set (7010,7020,7030). Since both Basic Data Sync groups were in planned state, I was able to “un-define” the 7000 as being the source from the 2nd set, and consolidate everything with 1000 as the source. Everything works as expected. I think the limitation is to avoid circular references, and that makes sense. Many thanks, again! There are two prerequisites in App10 which must be fulfilled: - Target company cannot be a source company at the same time - You need to have access to the company (your user must be added to the target company) So here you can see that my company 1234 is listed as source company <..> Therefore this company is not in the list of target companies <..>
