What type of attachments you try to save here? are they valid extensions in docman side? Do you use exchange online or exchange on-premise as your exchange server? which operation are you trying to do here? “Save to CRM”? did you get a notification with an error? (notification will be shown closer to mail subject) You can try the similar operation in a different way and easy to check logs from following method. Take a new mail with attachments (which you haven’t created a business mail) Enable logging in setting dialog of Panel Then go to details page of a registered contact in CRM Panel. (make sure this contact has activity records or opportunity records in details page). Expand activity record or opportunity record and then click paper clip icon. This will make sure to create business mail and connect the activity/opportunity record to it and also attachments sh

Hi @Priyanka.Massey ,This should be an option from edge browser and not related to CRM Panel. (CRM Panel runs top of edge browser engine in Outlook desktop)Probably you can disable this feature by trying following steps. Disabling the Autofill in Edge. Open Microsoft Edge Click on the three dots (…) from the right top corner. Select Settings from the drop down and click on Privacy, search, and services from the left pane. Now click on Choose what to clear every time you close the browser. Toggle the switch to On for Autofill form data. Relaunch CRM Panel and check. Best regards,Masheesh

HI @Kithmini Mallikaarachchi ,Please check the revision drop down under lines tab whether you have selected the correct revision. If you selected an obsoleted revision then you cannot add/update lines. Revision matters for BO lines.Sometime when you refresh BO page or navigate from other page , it won't select and show the main revision sometime by default another revision can be selected automatically. HI @bartlomiej.pobocha , If I get it correctly , you mentioned IFS => Outlook works. So basically you can see appointments in Microsoft Outlook. (Hope you have used “Sync to Outlook” command in Business Activity page in order to do this).Business Calendar page in IFS cloud web won’t show outlook appointments. So you have to compare with Microsoft outlook. It will show directly Business Activities records. therefore you cannot say those are synced to outlook by looking at the calendar page of IFS cloud web.Regarding Outlook => IFS,Did you use “Create Sync Activity” via CRM Panel in outlook appointment? It is important to use “Create Sync Activity” first from CRM Panel. This will make sure to create a Business Activity in IFS Cloud web and also create a link between outlook appointment.After wards when ever you do updates to outlook appointment, it will be synced back to ifs cloud.Check this video for more info,Best regards,Masheesh
HI @LauraB , You should be able to handle this via page designer. but I think this assistant is not defined in the lead page level. This has been defined separately therefore you won’t see this under Lead page in page designer. (The reason to use separate pages for assistant is to improve performance and reduce the size of the main page)You can follow the below workaround for this,Identify the client model for Convert Lead (since this has a separate projection and client model) . Here the client model is called “ConvertLead” Open a "Dummy" page and configure the Page Designer there. Use below as the URL and go to dummy page: <host>/main/ifsapplications/web/page/ConvertLead/dummy (The client will give you a 404 stating that page not found. It is fine and still can open page designer.)Now open page designer Go to "All Pages" >> "Assistants" >>“Convert Lead Assistant” >> "Steps" and do the configuration. In your case you can hide or r

Hi @TheoB , Could you please recheck the values given in calendar sync configuration page mainly tenant id, client id (application id) and client secret ( good to re-enter and save the secret in this page and see). No need to restart the container if values are correct then it should work after wards.Note: We have done some changes related how secrets are saved. So good to re-enter the value again and see .Also hope you have setup other configurations in Azure Ad like application consent, etc according to installation guide.Best regardsMasheesh
HI @TheoB , Better if you can check the container logs and share it. It should have some more logs about sync. Usually when you have activated SYNC_Master we need to restart the rmpanel container.
HI @DuAlTr ,Currently it is not possible to add different fields in to journal and it is handled from code. So you might need to do a CRIM in order to handle it and cannot be done by from user end.Anyway BO Notes might be difficult to handle since it is a CLOB (big value) field. and journal can handle up to 100 characters (prev and new values). Otherwise your changes will be removed with next update/upgrade. HI Bryan, Yes, you have to use developer studio to add this kind of a function in Business_Opportunity_API. (You have to follow some standards here since it will be a CRIM).I will also check with experts about workflow or any other alternative ways to achieve this type of a scenario. So you can avoid suggested customizations in the back end if there is another way (not sure though).Mean time I will check with our R&D team whether there is a possibility/need to give this type of a back end function to close opportunities in a future core release. HI @bdoucette , Possibly an option would be to create a new oracle procedure in the back end (if you can do a CRIM/MOD) where it selects all expired BOs and then call Set_Closed() for each record. And after that you can create a new schedule database task for this new method (ex: for following Close_Expired_Opportunities method) to run every day. Following is just an example. I haven’t fully tested this. Also there are validation checks before closing the opportunity and you can get errors from business logic if everything is not satisfied (Same validations as when closing the Business Opportunity from the client). Ex: If you have setup CRM access then there is a possibility to get access errors if the user who runs the schedule task doesn’t have access to opportunity records.
