Incorrect surveys get synced to mobile(FSM)

We currently have an issue where incorrect surveys get synced to mobile. In brief, We have set our sync rules to exclude survey type = Call Center that in inactive. But it is not happening as intended. Inactive surveys are also getting synced. Could you please give a heads up where else I should check if this is properly configured?

When purchasing customer owned parts from work order with the setting Cost Return At = Arrival, Why do we get posting lines created at receipt ?

How can we get the resources allocated to a task based on the calendar?

1. Create work order and work task. 2. In the work task enter the duration xx, enter planned start and finish date to a larger period. 3. Enter a demand line for person resource group. 4. Select the line RMB Allocate Resource. Here it seems no calendar is considered :thinking:

Time recorded for call center activities

When using Call Center the times recorded are incorrect (created, modified...);showing 1 hour behind the actual time. The support organization time zone is Europe/London(UTC + 0). Is there any setup to make sure the right time is recorded for case activities?

Sender's address when sending mails from Call center

When sending mails from 'Call Center', it uses the user's local outlook, and the user's mail address is set as sender address. We cannot send mails from the generic support organization's mail address. Is there any set up on the IFS side to enable selecting 'from address'?

Time reporting, manual transactions and material issues are allowed when the task is on hold. It looks like on hold doesn't do anything other than restrict the status change. What is the exact purpose of having the on-hold functionality in work tasks?

Interval field on the Separate PM Action screen only allows number values. Therefore, when sorting, it is expected to follow numeric sorting and not alphabetical sorting. “Interval" accepts a numeric value and therefore should be sorted numerically by clicking on the column header - as per standard functionality. It is not acceptable that the application behaves in different ways at different places. What should be a one-click sorting operation has now become a multi-step procedure involving the user to be trained in SQL?

Customer price list per price group

In the customer window price list per price group tab, it is possible to add several price lists in different currencies. And if the Preferred Price List tick box is selected, it says the ticked price list would always be fetched into the Customer Order Line. But it was noted in some scenarios even though a preferred price list tick box is selected COL picks up a different price list. What is the reason behind this?

Non consumed items with the quantities in APP9

A quick functional question related to DOP which I encountered with one of the customers. [b][i][u]Questions:[/u][/i][/b] In APP9 DOP orders have the non-consumed items with the quantities. More specifically, unlike in APP8, when we bring in DOP structures in APP9, the structures come in with quantity for all non-consumed components. Like your advice and view point on this regards.

New History Tab in Shop Order

The customer is upgrading to APP9 and they are asking about the new History tab on the Shop Order. There is now an Order History tab and a Material History tab. I believe the Material History information was always available but now it is included under a History tab with Order History information. The customer wants to know that when they are tracking this Order History, how long will this information be available? Is this working with History Logging where they can have this automatically cleaned up based on the setup for History Logging or is this Order History on the Shop Order independent of that? The customer is also asking what is the impact that this additional history logging could have on our system.

Reciving PO Lines from the Supplier Invoice

We have service providers and services will be ordered by raising a Purchase Orderto the Service provider, But we do not get the service physicaly, instead our engineers will get the service from service stations and invoice will be issued at the time of delivering the service. Then our engineers submit the invoice to the Accounts department and get the claim in cash. Question: We have a need to match the invoice at the time of claim is submitted to the Accounts section rather than going to Purchasing department and receiving the Purchase order and then matching the invoice in Accounts devision.

Missing code part checkbox in Project Resource Forecast

When entering a Resource into a Project Resource Forecast, a warning is given that the Project Cost Revenue Element (PCRE) is mandatory. After ignoring the warning, looking at the Cost Element shows the PCRE has an entry. However, the checkbox for missing Code Part remains which prevents further processing.
