PSO Bucket Resource Task Commitment Issue

Hi Team,When we resource lock a task to the ISP bucket (resource lock and date&time lock), and afterwards we try to commit it. We see that this task then gets committed to today (ie sysdate), and not to the day that it was originally planned (and date&time locked). This creates issues and great risk and impacts ISP bucket implementation deployment.Steps to replicate issue :1. Task is unallocated.2. Try to allocate task to ISP bucket by resource lock and date&time lock to ISP bucket resource.3. Commit the task.4. Task gets committed to today instead of actual date when it was planned.Can some one please help on this urgently?@Sajith Anushan  @Bhanuka Abeygoonawardana  @Paul Smith

Deleted Work orders

If a work order is prepared and on the Active list and someone goes in and right click deletes it.Where does it go?Can it be tracked anyway by the assigned number?

What is the process of loading data in batches?

Partner tried to PUSH data into FSM using perform_inbound_integration to integrate large amount of data into IFS FSM. The data is being pushed in batches. Each batch size is 100. It was noticed that It's successfully integrates up to 15 cycles but after that it throws a “500 Internal Server Error” error.Thus, we would like to understand how much load IFS FSM can handle?We tried with different batch sizes and it was noticed that when the batch size increases the cycles number is reduced.Is there a specific solution to handle this process of loading data in batches?

FSM Parts and PSO activity assignation

In our business model service engineers can pick billable parts from warehouses managed by FSM and give it to the customer in service location.The part needs is managed in FSM with task templates.What we expect is:Before assigning an activity PSO must check the part needs in the activity, check the availability in a warehouse where service engineer can pick part from, and finally assign the activity to the correct service engineer. is that possibile ? How we have to configure person and places in FSM and what in PSO ?In case in which we have to configure the van stock of service engineer equals to the warehouse (in order to let pso to check availability) is possible to configure FSM Mobile App to not show the stock of the entire warehouse but only the real van stock of service engineer ? thanks and regardslf

Signature is not printed in Service Report

Hi all,we have custom client-report (rdlc) which contains signature (format jpg) in it.On DEV, ACC, TEST, the printed report has signature on it.e.g.  On PROD the signature cannot be shown in the report. The Code-Table Cust App Params (SAS TOKEN) exists in all environments.  Any idea why PROD cannot print the signature? ~Juni

FSM and PSO Integration

Hello everyone, I am currently working on the FSM and PSO Integration and have the issue that no resources are shown in PSO. I followed the guide with the setup: Dataset, Teams, Rota, then send it over to PSO (in Integration Schedule + Setup to send timeplan every 2 min). Then everything was prepared in PSO with the ROTA and with Shifts. Afterwards, creating the person with resources and work from and also sended it over to PSO (Scheduling Manager). Back to PSO, looked into the Resource Planner and only could find a few of the teams I wanted to send there. I checked the Event tab, but couldn´t find anything that would help me:   In other posts there were the suggestions to delete some line of the table THREESIXTY_RESOURCE and THREESIXTY_RAM_LOAD_HISTORY, but i couldn´t find the in our FSM environment.Thanks everyone who is trying to help!

How to extract values from a csv for using in integration functions

Hi ExpertsThis is kind of a trivial question. I am trying to create a csv file map for integration, and in this I have a function setup. I’m trying to extract values from the csv to send to this function. In xml we do something like {xpath:parameter}, what is the equivalent for a csv file?

Exception "the current plan does not schedule this activity"

Where can I find more information about this Exception? I believe it is causing unwarted removal / exclusion from PSOIt is appearing on tasks which should remain in PSO, they were scheduled via Book Appointment

FSM Mobile Android 13 compatibility

I have referred the documentation of the latest released FSM version (FSM6U20), and this version only officially supports "Android 7 through Android 12. Our customer would like to know in which upgrade we will be providing official support for android 13. Could you please kindly let us know in which upgrade we will be providing official support for android 13?

multiple criteria in dispatch filters

hi, is there a way that multiple criteria can be applied in the dispatch console filters like multiple competencies . I think since Match All is on, if I put multiple, it does not show any results. So want to turn it off.

How to pass current user id in perform message

We want to pass the current user id as a parameter to a custom perform definition when the user clicks a button on a page in the FSM 6 Smart Client. The modified_by field is not a solution as no data is being modified on the page. Does anyone know how to do this? We have tried using user_log_in.person_id from this post: https://community.ifs.com/field-service-management-fsm-planning-and-scheduling-optimization-pso-249/fsm-active-user-session-is-stored-in-which-table-4752 but it did not send any information.  Thanks

BR: Expression to clear input field

FSM 6U47327I am trying to amend a BR so that it clears the input field at the end. I used expression = original(task_ext.*). However, getting an error “data member specified by *** cannot be found”. Am I using an incorrect expression?Alternatively, what other way can I clear input field at end of BR? Thank you.

Attachment size

When we are uploading any attachment in the smart client the the attachment size is visible in the task screen attachment tab but the same when uploaded from mobile is not visible in that particular tab .

Task on dispatch are over lapping

When the dates are conflicting for two task in dispatch console , dispatch dosen’t show it on two different rows , rather it merges both so its difficult to differentiate the two task.I s there any configuration needed?

400 Bad Request when loading the PSO client (v 6.9.0.25 )

Hello Experts, when the customer try to open the PSO web client: They get the following error400 Bad RequestRequest Header Or Cookie Too Large The users get the error every time they try to open the client, but using the browser in private mode prevents it from happening.Not all users are affected, unfortunately we do not see a pattern which users are affected and which are not.The PSO version is 6.9.0.25 and they are running on an on premise environment.Clearing the browser cache does not solve the issue. Any thoughts? or Any suggestions of approach?ThanksKalpa

Service Object 360 "financials" Tab

Hi Community,  I was wondering how the Service Object 360 “Financials” Tab is updated. Indeed, I run my process with a new demand, inclunding ressources and materials, all the way through the invoice to my client. However, I don’t have any update on the “Financials” Tab as you can see below.  Am I using it the right way ? Some parameters are needed ? Is the Tab not the purpose of my questions ? If not, can you please explain how do I have something updated on this tab.  Thanks a lot for your help, Regards.

FSM - Column resize is not working for one particular user And one Screen

 In the above image, Type column is too long and I couldn’t find the end. In UI designer, width of the column is 10. I am getting this issue for particular user and one screen only. Other screens are working fine. I have changed the screen that time also i am getting the same for the same user. Not only one tab , the issue is in all tabs.Please give me some idea to fix this issue.

PSO fix resoource is grayed out

Hello,It has been found that not fixing a technician, even though the time is fixed, can sometimes lead to problems. In FSM, the person can always be fixed in the job itself under 'Scheduling' by checking a box. In PSO, however, this does not always work. Even if the time is fixed, the checkbox to fix the person remains grey. Even if the correct technician is currently scheduled, this may still change. This issue concerns a difference between FSM and PSO. Does anyone have a Idee? ThanksMarkus

Using the Work Calendar and Calendar Exceptions for PSO

Hi community,we are looking for help to set up the work calendars in FSM to use the calendar exceptions also in PSO.Out goal is to assign different calendars to different users to manage the calendar exceptions for different regions in different countrys.For example: Hollidays in different regions of a country should be stored in different calendars which will assigned to the related users.In PSO these exceptions should be displayed and used for the scheduling.For now we set up four different calendars in FSM and assigned them to the related users. In PSO we only see the calendar exceptions which are set up up in the person records of the users.Any ideas whats missing or needed to get this runnig?ThanksBenjamin

hourly billing rate type for a technician

Hi,Is there anything like cost type/hourly rate type in IFS FSM module- I have FSE who works on service requests tasks. The FSE/technician might have diff rates like normal, overtime, nonbillable etc & the cost calculation should be based on the hrs filled in that category. Ex. his normal rate is say $50 & say his normal hrs are 5, so cost will be 50*5, but if his overtime hourly rate is $80 & overtime hrs he filled is 3, then cost will be 80*3. So want to know where these rates can be defined?
