Problem:
The complete pricing in SMT is not devided by access-groups.
Every country (access-group) can see and adjust all prices. If we create in Part Pricing a new rule, we can see a coloumn Access Group, but can not change/select a Access Group.

Requirement: 
Every country (access-group) should only see and maintain there pricings
