Community, we are implementing ISO20022. Bank informed us our XML file missing “Clearing System Member ID”, it is in <DbtrAgt> section, i believe it is debtor’s bank clearing system id. Our company bank is Canada Scotiabank, wondering where to get this code? Thank you.
Hi, Community, Need your expertise on HR clocking and more.We are acquired by our parent company year ago, and the parent company is starting the standardize program, standardize the time clocking system. we are on APP10(upgraded from APP8 at technical level only), never use time clocking system before. Parent company’s expectation is to have everyone of the company using time clocking via IFS, plus we have lots of contractor working on production line, they also need manufacturing clocking to get the payment. your feedback is very much appreciated. Hi, Community,some suppliers they never post the label outside the package, hence, sometimes, we have to register arrival to Arrival location, then we open the package and scan the serials. we are trying to utilizing the REGISTER_ARRIVALS → Detail TAB → RECEIVE_SERIALS_TO_ARRIVAL. We checked this box, and we wish system could bypass the serial no scanning even the part is a serial tracking part. but it doesn’t work, system still ask for serial no when we are doing register arrivals. how to better understand this RECEIVE_SERIALS_TO_ARRIVAL? how to utilize it? need your expertise. Community,I have a question about All Level and All Part cost calculation these 2 jobs. I thought All Part Cost calculation will roll up all the purchased and manufactured parts at the part level, but I was wrong. I set up a purchased part with structure, come with 2 levels, after I ran All Part Cost Calculation, i can see system only calculate the cost at the part level, not at the accumulation level, which means, it does not roll up to the top part level. unless you run All Level Part Cost Calculation this job. but the problem is, this job only do for one part, not for all.I want to run a job that will rollup the cost to the top level for all the parts, is it possible in IFS?Thank you.

Community, currently our system when manually printing reports, it will be routed to Print Manager window, but i read some document, all mention to get the printed document in Report Archive. May I know why it is the difference?
Community, We set the a manufactured part Scrap Factor in Manufacturing Tab, Structure Default (please refer to attached screenshot), but this value does not bring forward to its component, i.e. in the shop order material line, we cannot see this value is brought forward to material line ‘Scrap Factor (%)’ column.Wondering why?Thank you.
Hi, Community, for some reason, Part Description needs to be changed. i don’t think it difficult to change it via migration job, but since it’s a global description, it was brought forward to, for example, Inventory Part, Purchase Part, sales part, supplier for purchase part…. my question is, shall we have to change one by one(inventory part, sales part, purchase part….) or we have a smart way other than that? Community, wondering what is the best practice for below scenario.we have a purchased part, that come with multiple revisions, that transferred from engineering. please refer to screen shots 1064794.jpg. you can see 3 revisions (Eng Rev 0,1,2 accordingly) are available and not end dated.When purchase order is placed, system always use the latest inventory part revision and not allowed to change. for part 1064794, it always be Rev. 3. Now comes the issue, how I could let supplier know I still would like to purchase the previous revision, e.g. 1. please see the screenshot Purchase Rev cannot be changed.jpg.I realized there is a column called ‘Pre Part Rev’, which could be the one I want, please see the screenshot ‘Pre Part Rev.jpg’.what is the best practice for this scenario?
