Found the reason… Of course Masterdata missing: Without the PAYMENT_WAY_PER_IDENTITY no QR Invoice is created.
Now after getting UPD19 the QR invoice is not created automatically.Before we were able to find the QR invoice ADDITIONAL_INV_Q_R_CODE_REP in the Report Archive but now, we cannot find any entry in the report archive.Has anyone a solution for this?
Found the solution in the meantime: in Report definition of ADDITIONAL_INV_Q_R_CODE_REP we have switched the Paper Format to A4 (instead of Other).Regards Martina
Hi Dammika,we have updated to UPD19 and can see the Swiss Cross now in the QR Code, but…as soon as I do any change in the layout, the QR Code disappears. We cannot use landscape, we need portrait for the printout / PDF.Thank you for any help!!Regards Martina

Hi @Malgorzata Palatynska ,payment type is Mixed Payment. I found now the issue: As long as the error checkbox is checked, Mixed Payment Options are insensitive. We have had a Transaction “Cash Transfer” that had the error “It is required to enter a counter cash account for transaction type Cash Transfer”.After deleting this line, error was unchecked and RM options were sensitive.Now we are wondering where to enter the counter cash account….Maybe that line can be skipped by disabling the Transaction type.
Finally we are opening this report from report archive.Looks like there is no other solution now (Apps 10 Upd 11)

There are 2 ways of processing the invoices:We had mixed the requirements.Using non QR capable IBAN and 27 digit QR Reference in payment reference had caused the error Options are:Use QR-Reference Enter 27 digits Reference in the invoice field “payment reference” use the IBAN which is QR cabable in the payment address the field “Swiss payment type” needs “other” do not use QR-Invoice/Reference use from supplier invoice the IBAN which is not QR IBAN enter BIC in the payment address the field “Swiss payment type” needs to be empty payment reference in supplier Invoice can be filled or not, not relevant, but should not be filled with a 27 digit QR reference Error message in German language:Der Lieferant muss eine DTACH- oder ISO20022-Zahlungsadresse mit Zahlungstyp ESR oder QR-IBAN haben, um Zahlungsreferenzen auf Rechnungen nutzen zu können.Danke an Flexicode für die Hilfe!!!
