We have a need for creating DeliveryNote report print on file in a specific folder for some customer ID. Is there anyone who have been able to do this with a configuration? Maybe report rule in combination with output channel and routing rules? Hi @MattiasLindahl, You can use a routing rule and then select the printer as ‘Send PDF to Connect’ in the print dialog. All the steps that you have to follow are mentioned below. Step 01 First, you have to created a routing address as below. There you have to provide a shared location in your machine where you want to save the file and name of the file. (Make sure that the shared location has the ‘Write‘ permission for Everyone). Step 02 Then you have to create a routing rule as below. In the routing rule, as the MESSAGE_FUNCTION, you have to provide the Report ID which you want to get saved with a default name.Step 03 Now we can order a report. Report should be the one which we have mentioned in the report rule as the message function.

We have a custom requirement to override ‘PurchaseOrderLinePartList’ an Error as below get raised when trying to customized this list . No Error comes when tried as below but the custom column do not appear in Purchase Order Page. Standard List has been defined using clone. Appreciate any inputs to resolve this issue. Thanks! I’ve experienced similar issues when I ‘Validate’. But when I directly ‘Execute’ it has worked. I think Excel Migration thinks Customer ID is not created so it doesn’t exist and give an error during validation. But when you actually execute the job, Customer ID gets created before method 2 is executed so it works. You are right. If you hit ‘Validate’ it will error, but Execute works. However, is this working for multiple rows for you? Mine, it always insert/update first row, but not the rest. If I copy other rows to first row, it works. Any idea?Thanks.
Hi, In order to move data to the lower systems such as TEST, you will need to set them up as Connected Environments. You can read more about it in the Define Migration Project section of the Data Migration Manager tech docs. Connected Environments Target Environments, outside of the Installed environment, are required to deploy data into or extract data from must be specified under this tab. Database Links to target environments will be created by Cloud Operations in the application and the user can select them from the Drop Down ' Database Link Name ' and configure it accordingly. The Database Links will be created to environments sitting under PROD. There will be no Database Links created to PROD, and that is why it normally should sit in the Installed Environment. Target Environments In Data Migration Manager, Target Environments need to be defined. The target environments are the environments where the data will be deployed to. Hi @shewa , Please note that IFS Bulk save/republish is not designed for the purpose you have used it. The bulk save/republish is used when there is a need to republish all the report while keeping the original report after an upgrade. This is why it has not used the word publish but has used the word republish instead. Only saved reports are capable of republishing. There is NO tool available to export and import all the BR reports designs from one database to another. For this you need to get a copy of the database to another. Hi @shewa, Please try the following: 1. Restart your machine and retry previewing the report. 2. Add a new location as the “trusted location” for Microsoft Excel. Steps Open Microsoft Excel, click the Microsoft Office Button and then click Excel Options. Click Trust Center, click Trust Center Settings, and then click Trusted Locations. If you want to create a trusted location that is not local to your computer, select the Allow trusted locations on my network (not recommended) check box. Click Add new location. In the field Path, type the name of the folder that you want to use as a trusted location, or click Browse to locate the folder. If you want to include subfolders as trusted locations, select the Subfolders of this location are also trusted check box. Hi @shewa , You can create multi-value parameters for the site, buyer_code and project_id fields using the defauld value as ALL. Then it will fetch all the values for them If user only enters COMPANY and TEMPLATE_ID as parameters. For number 2, depending on how you set up the Condition on your Data Source, you could probably embed multiple values in something like a LIKE or a REGEXP expression. You can also use an IN, I think. Let’s say I want two Companies. I could access them like this: SELECT * FROM Company WHERE Company IN ('01', '99') or like this (due to Oracle’s implicit conversion of data): SELECT * FROM Company WHERE Company IN (01, 99) You can put a parameter in the parens, like this: SELECT * FROM Company WHERE Company IN (&Company_List) so that when the query runs and you enter “01, 99” in the prompt, you get the same results. If you had a lobby page parameter named COMPANY_LIST, the condition you could use on your data source would be: Company IN ($Company_List$) Play around and see if something like that might meet your needs… Good luck! I have already introduced alias in Datasource Designer as below.But it is still not passing the value (passing null) for below link in Element Designer Web URL.page/PrepareWorkOrder/Form?$filter=(startswith(tolower(Cf_Job_Officer),$[JOB_OFFICER]))As my data source is a IAL, I used alias in the IAL itself without $. In that solution, value for $[JOB_OFFICER] is getting right but it is giving an error for a aliased column when navigating as I have ticked ‘Use Data Source Condition’. (in WHERE clause it look for JOB_OFFICER = ‘XYZ’ FROM ACTIVE_SEPERATE_UIV_CFV. But there is no column called JOB_OFFICER but CF$_JOB_OFFICER exist ).Appreciate your help on this.Many thanks.

If its a report footer, In Report designing , layout of a header and footer is fixed, theses sections will not expand as the flow section. In the header and footer it's wysiwyg. See below image.So my requirement is to keep sub total of customer’s invoices in the same place in every page. It will trigger every time an operation report is printed if you havent set a condition on the Event Action. You will need to ensure that your REPORT_TITLE is set to Instant Invoice, a full list of Report Names can be found by navigating to Report Definitions. You will need to ensure the following is setup. IFS connect is setup so Mail Sender can send e-mails. In the Customer Record, a customer must be setup with E-mail Communication Methods. You may need a Default Per Method or Default Per Method and Address. In Customer Record, Order, Misc Customer Info screen, the e-,mail section, must be setup/ticked to show E-mailing for all. PDF_REPORT_CREATED must be active and REPORT_TITLE set to Instance Invoice. Print an Instance Invoice and check the Application Message. If an Application Message creates the setup is correct and if not sending, then there may be an issue externally with your mail sender. If no Application message is created, then you will need to check all the above
I managed to fixed this issue. Image should be copied to path defined in System Parameters with the correct folder structure. I.e MODULE/REPExample. Image should be copied to INVOICE/INSTANT_INVOICE_REP inside folder path defined in System Parameters.
Hi, Check if the watermark image is copied to the image folder location pointed through the system parameter “Graphich path for Report designer...”. Ok. Do the following steps. Enable debug: Type F12 to open Chrome’s developer tools. Now recreate the error Export as a .har file from the Chrome’s developer tools → server tab Attach the file here. This will include all the debug details from server code - including request response data from the server. Please check and remove any confidential data if this environment have such. I suspect Aurena cannot find the PLSQL package you are referring. Have you tried a standard PLSQL package? Have you created this custom action in projection configuration properly? Can you show us a screenshot there?
