Hi @sholmes , In technical perspective here is my answer. Related to picking up the printer id.Customer_Order_Inv_Head_API.Print_Invoices is called in the background job when you print the invoice from RMB print invoice in window - “Print customer Invoices”. Then again “Customer_Order_Flow_API.Create_Print_Jobs” is called and I noted that there is a logic to get the default printer defined in the Priter Definition window. I have no idea whether this is bug or not. You can report a case to GSD to further analyze this.
Hi @sholmes , 1.0 Please mention whether you print the invoice as a batch job or just do RMB on the invoice and print ?2.0 If you are doing RMB on invoice and do printing then I suggest you check the behavior in Batch print collective invoice too ? 3.0 Furthermore mentioned the UPD version you are in ?4.0 How do you check the printer ? HI @rakpadma , I would like to suggest you to refer the customer order management lobby and refer how the navigation link is written. There are COUNT elements and direct to a page when the number is clicked. Try similar navigation to you customer page also. See below.

Hi @CS260713 , I checked this in UPD 8 version and noted there also the customer name is correctly fetched. However there is a considerable delay for that. In the first selection it shows only customer ID is fetched and after some time the content is refreshed with both customer id and the name.This is correctly working in latest environment

Hi @GBDHEATHKP IFS builds and submits Connectors and documentation to Boomi for IFS Application 10 on words. I doubt whether this is possible for App9. You can get the integration done using IFS Connect. You can find Web Services in interface browser as per your requirement (as per what information you need to retrieve from IFS and saved to IFS). You can drag and drop files and initiate the process as well Furthermore you can refer the IFS technical documentation as well. It is considered to the print dialog.After setting the above property you can use below procedure to get the printer. I guess your requirement is to run the RDF in a different report printing flow. Printer_Connection_API.Get_Default_Printer(Fnd_Session_API.Get_Fnd_User, report_, language_code_ => lang_code_);

Hi @flemohitj , I doubt whether this is practical after disabling the report rule. And cannot understand why they need to disable the report rule and implement the actions in RDF. When I check the below code it check the enabled report rule in the cursor before evaluating each action. Since these are framework code we cannot change the cursors. If customer need to disable the report rule then they can try using PDF_REPORT_CREATED event to set printer_id, layout and etc

Hi, I cannot explain the reason. However both INBOUND and OUTBOUD flow can be executed using REST Sender using routing rules, routing addresses and plsql_rest_sender_API. You may refer the below content in the F1 documentation.

Exist all IFS application instances (also any other .NET click once applications started) Open the Command Prompt as Administrator and run the below command.rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache This will take few minutes to complete. Once completed try starting the IFS application again. Then try Reset Current View
Hi @DalKylekY , It is there in the language file but not in the ‘trs’ file. I do not have a explanation for that and need further analysis. May be there are alert messages which are not translatable.Do you see this error message in any functional flow. If so then please report case to Global Support Delivery to further investigation.
