Looking at the code the values are hardcoded to 1 in the client if you open the dialog from places like “Inventory Part In Stock”, “Receive inventory Part” etc.That means that you can not change the values.

Since it is the Aurena client the LOV and field shall be added to I believe it is currently not possible in APPS10.The document in previous post describes how to do a similar thing in IEE client.
I recommend not using IFSCONNECT in an integration for security reasons. It is much better to have a separate user for this integration which only have rights to the necessary BizAPI’s.Licensing might also be an issue so contact your IFS representative to see if it is Ok.

Yes, since it is not configured to be used it is no problem to disable it.PSO “IFS Planning and Scheduling Optimization” is an external optimization program for a couple of things. It is mainly used for Service Management and it is not mandatory in any way. In APPS10 it is one table structure and one business logic for LU’s. There are two client frameworks IEE and Aurena and both of them use the same Business logic and tables.If you create a CO from Aurena you can also see it in IEE and the other way around.So if you have a template which works fine to load data you can use that regardless of which client you are using.

The HR calendar and work time calendar are not connected.If you want to add specific holidays to a work time calendar you shall add them in a “Schedule Exception” on the calendar. In that you enter all days that deviate from the normal schedule. It can be days with no work at all or different times etc.After you have done that you need to generate the calendar again to remove/adjust the exception days in the generated calendar.Example of setup:

If you look at the field “Function” in the background job and it says “INVOICE_IMPORT_UTIL_API.Release_Document__” this is solved in bug 156683. I’m not 100% sure about the problem but if your batch queue “2” has more than 1 process you might avoid this by directing the method “INVOICE_IMPORT_UTIL_API.Release_Document__” to a batch queue with 1 process.
The bug is fixed in APP10 UPD11 or APP9 UPD18.If you need more details etc. I would suggest you to create a support case.
Have you unticked “Use Top-N Options” in the Formatting section?If you have that ticked the sorting of the data source is not considered.
There is no sorting of event actions when you execute an event.However, it might be so that they are executed in the order they are created. But it is not 100% sure and the behavior can be changed anytime you add/change event actions etc.Best thing is to make sure that you have conditions that always only give only one event action. Unless you want to execute several and if the order of them does not matter.

Life time 0 on a report means that the expire date in the report archive will be the exact time when you create the report. That means that the cleanup job will remove it when it is started next time.Report archive is cleaned by two database taks. “Heavy Cleanup” is by default scheduled to run at midnight every day or “Archive cleanup” which normally not is scheduled by default.If you have this setup the reports created today will get removed at midnight. if you run it earlier they will be removed earlier.Regarding Business Reporter reports. Yes, the life time is also considered for them and can be setup in “Report Definition” just like a report designer report.
Status flows are fixed in the code and can’t be changed. I guess the biggest reason for this is that it often happens more things than just a status change when you change status. You can see what is possible to do if you look at function Finite_State_Events__ (or Finite_State_Machine___ but that is harder to see.) Below is from Eco_Request_API. There you see that for state active you can only move to Cancelled or Processed.

If you do not want to add the person as a HR manager you could create the IAL on the tables in the views you have listed. The IAL-user has QUERY access to all application owner tables.If you remove the calls to User_Access_API from the WHERE statements you will get rid of the HR access. Observe also that these views might be based on other views which has HR access enabled so it is a bit of work to do this.
