Purchase Requisition Reauthorization

Hi @ppriya PR re authorization will be enabled if we change the PR price via “Update Price Manually” RMB option.Once you change the price of the PR line the PR status will be changed to Released. But I could not find a method to change the Qty and achieve the same output. Best Regards,Tharaka.

Hi @ppriya As per my understanding there is no option to reapprove PR after the changes.This is because by selecting “Allow changers after Authorization” you have bypassed that option.But at Company level you can decide whether the changers to the PR are within Order amount or Authorization Limit. MOQ per sales part and per customer

Hi @Anupa Arachchige You can use either Sales Price List or Customer Agreements to specify Moq for a particular customer. But as you said in both occasion the users can order qty less than the specified Moq. So this methods cannot be used as control mechanism as there is no information message or error message involved. But the users can check the “Price Source” of the customer order line to check whether they have exceeded the Moq set by the business. As per the below image you can see that “Price Source” of Line 1 and 3 are Price List and Agreement.If the ordering qty has not exceeded the Moq set in Sales Price List or Customer Agreements, CO line will not be generated thru either Sales Price List or Customer Agreement. In CO line 2 I entered less qty that what I specified in ales Price List or Customer Agreement and that is why Price Source is “Sales Part” .Otherwise the customer has to go for a custom event where users will be notified whenever they entered less qty than the Moq.

Hi @astfarazt I tested the same in latest Aurena version but found no issue. Records returned as expected. But I noticed the same issue in Upd 13 and 14 versions.Hence the issue has been fixed now. You will get this bug correction when you upgraded to Upd 15. Best Regards,Tharaka.

System populates Sales Part Description with Customer Part No Description

Hi @GGS I had a quick discussion with the Product development team regarding this.The primary purpose of this “Sales part cross reference” functionality is to facilitate inter site transactions where Demand site and Supply site involved Intern suppliers and Internal customers. So Sales Part and Customer part both have to be indicated.And also when it comes to a Customer Order, the primary focus is to include customer’s information into the order. So at the development stage the priority had been given to the Customer’s part description. I hope this explanation will clear your doubts.Best Regards,Tharaka.

Function returned without value Error on Design Objects

Remove Top Part No in Delivery Project tab

Hi @ronhu The Top Part No is the part number of the top item (The unique identifier of the top part for this delivery project). This field can be modified if Top Item No has not been entered for the delivery project. It is automatically filled in if a Top Item No is entered for the delivery project.This field can be removed only if you remove the Top Item No. Check the below screen shots. Best Regards,Tharaka.

Sales part Base price

Hi @Urvakshh.Avari By Scale Pricing did you mean “Unit Based” sales price group?If so, sales part with “Unit Based” price groups cannot be used for base price definition. But you can have multiple lines on sales part base price for “Part Based” if the sales part is registered in particular site in “Sales Part” window. Best Regards,Tharaka.

Unit based sales price list vs Customer Agreement - deal per part

Hi @Timmermans Roel You can use Deal per sales group function to achieve that but there are some limitations.In this function we cannot specify a part but the agreement will be based on the Sales Group.And the special price for a customer will be achieved via a discount (1,80€/liter as per your example)In the example below I have used the below basic dataSales Part no -TEST PART DIL NEWSales Price Group - PTA2 (Unit Based)Sales Group - DIL Price - 10.00 (USD)In the customer agreement (2703-DIL) under Deal per sales part I have specified 10% discount.So after the discount the price per part will be 9.00 (USD)I have entered sales qty of 5 which makes the total value $50 (10*5) and with the 10% discount taken from the customer agreement now the total value is $45.00 According to the current application design, this is the best way I can think of achieving what you have suggested. If this is a key element of your business operation I am suggesting you to go for an customization.Best

Unit based sales price list vs Customer Agreement - deal per part

Hi @Timmermans Roel Yes we cannot use parts with ‘Unit Based’ Sales price Group in a Customer Agreement because Customer Agreement only focuses on part based sales parts.Sales price groups are mostly used to group price lists of parts with similar characteristics. However, sales parts with unit-based sales price group are sold by units of measure and has the same price which does not require to add base prices for the same i.e. paint that has a different sales part number for different colors but has the same price (unit based sales price group). But, when it comes to part based, it requires sales part base prices as in part based the items are priced per piece i.e. qualities of paper that may have different prices but with a change in prices following the same fluctuations (part based price group).Hope this explanation will clarify your doubts. Attaching Purchase Order to a Project activity

Hi @kh3121 Navigate to the Project you want to connect and see if the “project unique Procurement” check box is ticked.If this check box is selected, purchase orders and purchase invoices will be specifically created for the related project, instead of being combined with purchase transactions from other projects.If it is not checked. as @Vibhusitha Jananjaya mentioned this needs to be investigated further. Hi @Nagah.khaled Can you check if there is a difference between accounting currency and original currency. You have raised the same issue 4 months ago Further to above I noticed that many customer had raised the same issue as this is a bug in the application. Hence raise a ticket to IFS Support. Qty to pick in 'Pick by Choice'

Hi @Arunalu I discussed this matter with RnD team as well. Actually customers are using this the flexibility given in this functionality as a benefit. Hence as of now, the application cannot restrict this.But you can add a custom event as a solution for the issue you are facing so that users will be notified when they pick more qty than required.Best Regards,Tharaka,IFS Support.
