Corporate payment received, multiple customers to apply payment

Is there a way to connect multiple accounts to a corporate or parent account for applying cash? Our goal is to be able to upload invoices from multiple accounts to the account the cash received is instead of manually offsetting which takes a couple of hours when we receive this one customers payment.

 

We’ve updated the accounts with the invoices to include the parent relationship on the credit info and payment screen within customer analysis but when creating the mixed payment the invoices for those customers on not on the list.  We are currently using Apps9
