We are using IFS Apps 8.0, We have Scrapped a Inventory part in IFS 8.0 Test environment.Initially the On hand qty was 6 and now it has changed to 0 since we’ve scrapped all 6 quantities.We have undergone this testing in ‘Scrap Inv part screen’ in Test environment.Is it possible to retrieve the scrapped 6 quantities back into IFS stock.I have checked through +ve counting in ‘Count per Inventory part’, Can this be a solution to this?Or is there any setting for doing undo scrap?Please let us know if there’s any bug ID or fix which is already in place or provided, will be really helpful.Hoping to hear from the team soon!
Hi All,Is it possible to remove authorisation for a Work Order which has already been authorised. Getting error 'Not allowed to remove authorised or transferred codings' in IFSV 7.5 application instance. We have checked in Single page report in Work order but there is only option to authorise any WO but not to remove the already authorized WO.Any suggestions would be helpful to further deep dive into this. Is there a relation in Basic data or How Purchase Order charges and connected or related to a GL Account in IFS.We have Purchase Charges Type screen but how thats linked to GL.Any Finance Set-up is required for mapping these two or these two are independent functions?

Hi Team,We’re using IFS Apps 8, while moving the PO receipt created from Arrival into Putaway or Picking location.For Putaway logic, the pre-requisites required is a an active Transport task must exist.We have created a Transaport task but when moving either from Purch ord Receipt or through Transport Task.Attaching the doc for the same. Hi All,We’re using IFS Apps 8 and want to change the ownership to ‘Company Owned’ from ‘Customer Owned’ for the Inventory Part: G-004614.As per our investigation, one can change/changes the ownership only if On hand qty is not equal to zero and if the Purchase was made incorrectly at the PO line or while issuing the parts in WO or Internal Demand orders viz. Material Requisition, MMR.This is a Serial Tracked Part and we’ve tried to change the Ownership at Part serial record screen.Attaching the reference document, any suggestions on the above step or approach will be much needful. Hi Team,We’re using IFS9 and there is some issue while cancelling PO receipt.On Hand Qty for the Part: B25DAP AGRO is zero and there are currently No Open Demands only one PO which is in ‘Received’ state.The Customer Order for this Part is in ‘Invocied/Closed’ state, tried to ‘Count out the Part’ considering Counting Out an Inventory Part is same as Un-receiving any Inv part.We have tried re-opening the Purchase Order and then changing the Ownership at Supplier for Purchase Part screen from ‘Company Owned’ to ‘Customer Owned’ still no effect. Is there any other option to reverse the PO arrival ‘Transact’on ID’

Hi,There are few Customer Orders not appear to deliver which are in Released state but still don’t appear to deliver in ‘Deliver Customer order’ screen.Ideally as per attached image except ‘Invoiced’/’Partially Delivered’/’Delivered’ Customer orders rest COs which are in ‘Released’ state should appear for delivering.However those are in ‘Released’ aren’t getting the option to Deliver.Need some inputs on the same in brief. We have been using IFS Apps 8.0 version there have been no instance where the system will show the pop-up message that Manufacturer ID is mandatory though it is not a mandatory filed in IFS.Error message - Manufacturer doesn’t exist for so and so part for this supplier.The above error message comes while processing a PO from PR either directly or through RFQ (Order quotation) process.Manufacturer ID is associated for any Purchase part in Supplier for Purchase part screen and its not a mandatory field.Need more insights on this if there’s any internal setting at the Supplier/Site/Company/Purchase Part Basic data which is causing this issue.

We’re using IFS Apps 7.5, V8.0 and V10, and have seen a scenario where there is posting control defined for Purchase order header level . But still when we click pre-posting for PO heaer there is no option to add/option is not highlighted for including Cost centre, FA object, Project, etc as per Code part demand. Note: We are able to add the pre-posting at the line level not in Header level for PO Can someone throw some more lights on this?
Hi,Want to know whether external file template or data migration can used as a method to issue inventory material by Material Requisition Bulk.
Whenever we try to change an invoicing supplier in a PO which is in Released state we get the above error however there is no Invoice made/matched for this Purchase order still we receive above error.I believe there is some internal setting in IFS Apps 8.0 where it is defined already that for any given site you can’t process/make any changes in PO whether its Price, tax code, qty etc. post its authorization. This Change order functionality is only there is IFS V8.0 and above, want to know where is the root cause or that internal setting defined as this has to nothing deal with PO authorization rule when checked.Tried to change the setting in authorization too which lists as follows;
