Hi,Enabling history logging for Quick Reports is working fine in Apps 9 when ‘Quick Report logging ON/OFF’ System Parameter is set to ON. Does anyone know whether this functionality is working fine in Cloud please? I switched the parameter ON and ran a Quick Report but it didnt create a record in QUICK_REPORT_LOG_TAB.Thank you.

Hi,There is a requirement to add a new attribute to Purchase Requisition| Part Requisition Lines tab. To do that, new attribute to be added to below list.RequisitionLinePartList is derived from fragment PurchaseReqLinePartTab. But it is a clone of RequisitionLinePartBaseList.RequisitionLinePartBaseList is created from PurchaseReqLinePart entity as below.I have overridden entity PurchaseReqLinePart in PurchaseRequisitionHandling-Cust.projection to add new attribute.But to add this to RequisitionLinePartList, I wrote the below code in PurchaseRequisition-cust.client file but it gives me below error.How can I fix this? Hi,I have added Command Group in Automatic Tax Proposal projection to generate a report. When executing the action, it is giving an error saying “14:24:04 ERROR - line 2, column 2: (Server Error) Database error occurred. Contact administrator. undefined14:24:04 ERROR - Command error: (line 2, column 2) - , details: undefined undefined”Method has two parameters and values are passing correctly. To make sure parameters are not causing the error, I created a test method without parameters and attached to Custom Group. It is still giving the same error.Any suggestion to rectify the issue is appreciated.(custom RMB created in EE works fine with the same method)Thank you.

Hi, Event NEXT_AUTH_PUR_ORDER is not triggering in Cloud 22R1.I have enabled standard event action to send an email as well as I set up another event (Execute Online SQL) to throw an error. But when releasing PO, none of them seems to be triggering.Any idea why? Is there any system parameter or additional set up to make it work?Thank you.

Hi,I have written a IAL and quick information source has been created using IAL. Data from IAL looks like below . Above 5 fields are parameters of the report and as you can see in above screen shot SITE, BUYER_CODE and PROJECT_ID can be null. If user only enters COMPANY and TEMPLATE_ID as parameters (leaving site, buyer_code and project_id blank), I want to query records WHERE company = ‘XX’ and template_id = ‘YY’. But if user enters value for other 3, then that parameter should also be included in the WHERE clause (e.g if value for site is entered, query records WHERE company = ‘XX’ and template_id = ‘YY’ AND site = ‘ZZ’).How can this be done? Currently if I enter company and template_id only as parameters, it is not returning any data to the report.Help is much appreciated.
Hi,I am using Bulk Save and Republish Reports option in Business Reporter tool. When File Path is given (for the reports downloaded), I am getting below error. Location is entered to Trusted Location and folder structure was created manually as well. Hi,I have a column (COMPANY_NAME) which should show a value based on state. If state of the line is ‘Approved’, then attribute BH_VAL will be shown, otherwise attribute CF_EXT_EXPECTED (custom field) will be shown (red arrow).Yellow highlight field should show the sum of COMPANY_NAME VALUE.As COMPANY_NAME either have BH_VAL or CF_EXT_EXPECTED, how can I get the SUM of COMPANY_NAME?Appreciate the response.Thanks.
In Apps 10, does PDF_REPORT_CREATED event triggers every time any operational report is printed?I am trying to send an email when Instant Invoice is printed from RMB Print Invoice option in Instant Invoice form, but it is not triggering the event action. Event action is set to ‘enable’.PDF_REPORT_CREATED is connected to PrintJob LU and when printing a document, a Print Job is not created. But record in Report Archive is created. But when I select an emailing option such as Email Order in Purchase Order, it creates a Print Job hence PDF_REPORT_CREATED event is triggered and email is sent out.Thank you.
Hi,I have created a lobby element which has a custom field. It group by customer field (CF$_JOB_OFFICER) and show the Work Order count for each Job Officer.When navigating to Aurena I want to pass value of the custom field.When CF$_JOB_OFFICER is passed as above, it confused with ‘$’ sign and actual value of CF$_JOB_OFFICER is not passing for correct navigation, hence giving an error.Is there a work around to pass custom field’s values for navigation?Thank you.

Hi,There is a requirement to generate a email with a hyperlink in Apps10. For an example, a user will receive an email with the no of Purchase Orders pending to be authorised by himself. Along with the count, they require the Aurena link to PO as a Hyperlink in the email.Is this possible?Thanks.

Hi,I want to add watermark on a report. Even after following steps as per documentation, it is not showing the water mark. Customer is in Apps10.Any idea how can I fix it?Also, is there a way of showing water mark based on a condition? My requirement is to show ‘COPY’ watermark when copy is printed. There is a requirement to change the label name in standard form. For an example ‘Price Effective Date’ label should be renamed as ‘Price Validity Date’. Can this be done via Terms? Thanks.

Hi, I have created a custom LU and one of fields requires LOV. LOV view is a standard view and I want to pass a WHERE clause. In this case, view is DISCRETE_CHARAC_VALUE and I always want to get records in LOV WHERE CHARACTERISTIC_CODE = ‘ABC’. How can I get this done? Appreciate your response. Thank you.
