Concern over Cash Flow Forecast behaviour

Hi All,According to the help documentation, Create Cash Flow forecast is defined as The activity used to create a forecast of future cash flows from the cash flow information collected from the specified companies based on a selected analysis ID.But when we create a cash flow forecast, details show only the past data and not any for the future.Highly appreciate if someone can tell me how this functionality works?

Deleting duplicated credit card transactions

Using external file assistant to upload the credit card transactions to IFS. When the transactions are accidentally uploaded twice there is no possibility to remove them since the Credit card type is non reimbursable credit card type. There should be a possibility to delete them.

Deleting duplicated credit card transactions

Hi All,I use external file assistant to upload the credit card transactions to IFS. Accidentally i uploaded the same file twice how can i remove the duplicated transactions? I can see all the transactions in the credit card transactions window since all belong to non reimbursable credit card type. It is not allowed to delete the transactions from credit card transactions window since the card type is not re imburasableThanks in advance.

Issue during Crystal web service installation

Resource in Time registration

Hi Team,When a person is connected to an resource group and when that resource group is their primary resource group the resource group is fetched correctly in time registration. But I am able to see the other resource groups and able to select other resource groups and saved the record too. Is there a way to limit the options where an employee will see only the resource group(s) they are connected to?

Issue in External File assistant

Hi Experts,I have setup the External file template with the necessary to conditions to upload credit card transactions. When I upload the transaction it gets successfully uploaded without any errors and External file load information indicating the transactions are transferred but no transactions are shown in the Credit card transactions window.Please let me know whether I have missed anything here.

Changing Expense Codes

Hi Team,It was noticed that when trying to change expense codes on expense sheet in Preliminary state It allows when registered as a normal expense sheet but its not allowing to change the expense codes of the expenses added from credit card transactions. What is the standard functionality behind this?

Non Supplier Payments - UK

Hello Team,I encountered an issue with a newly created non-supplier payment in the Tax Clearance Analysis window. When attempting to make the payment using the Mixed Payment window, the payment does not appear when utilizing the 'Open Planned Non Supplier Payments' option or selecting from the Non-Supplier Payment ID in the line.Upon further investigation, I observed that this problem occurs specifically when the company is created using the STD-UK template but not when using the STD template.I would appreciate your guidance on how to address and overcome this issue.Best Regards,

Credit Card Transactions using External File Assistant

Hi All,We are trying to upload the credit card transactions using External file upload. As of now the credit card statement does not have the credit card number and only the name. In order to overcome this, we have entered a IF_ELSE conditions for the system to pick up the card number according to the name.With the current setup the system is accepting uploading of transactions when there is only one condition for CARD_NO We need to have multiple number of conditions for the CARD_NO field to accommodate to include all the cardholder’s names and numbers. This is required since the credit card statement will be common one for all the company credit card owners. A Sample of how the conditions will look like is below. When there is more than one condition IF_ELSE condition the system is not accepting the transactions from external file upload even the one which it accepted before. Exception error when Projection is called through routing address

Hi All, I was able to successfully POST a new sales group using Postman. Now, I am attempting to achieve the same using a file.Integration API used is follows: This involves placing a JSON file into FTP IN, fetching it through custom routing, and finally directing it to a routing address that calls the same action type projection.When I perform this process in the CORE system, I encounter the following errorExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: Exception while sending data Caused by: org.json.simple.parser.ParseException: null Have you encountered this issue before?

Entering process codes in expense sheets

Hi Team, We have situation where we Subscription charges which may consist Digital Charges and also ecommerce subscriptions. We have a designated expense code for Subscription charges and this will reflect in given account according to posting control. We would like to see the break down between Digital and Ecommerce charges and checked whether this can be fulfilled using the Process Code functionality. When checked in the application it was noticed that the process code can be used in the invoice modules but not displayed in expense sheet to select. Can anyone let us know whether this is possible and if so how it is done?

Using Macro Functionality in Docman

Hi Experts, Please let us know whether the below requirement can be met in the Docman functionality.Requirement -To convert documents attached to a document class to PDFDetails - Employees register their expenses in the expense management module of IFS where they attach the receipts/bills they receive to the specific expense sheet. As of now we get documents in different format attached to the document class.Investigations until now - Document class management has a functionality for a Macro According to the help text it is understood that we can register macros to be applied to process within a document classFor testing we created a Document Macro Block with a Script for a pop up message Then connected it to Macro Basic Data And we were able to use the macro to pop up the message. Kindly requesting any tips on how to setup the print functionality or any other process to meet the requirement of converting documents of a document class to pdf.

How to Connect different Accounts for Same transaction codes

Hi Team, RequirementUsing same transaction code the expenses should reach different account for different expensesDetailsWe have one Transaction code for all the credit card expenses setup in credit card configuration We have connected one Expense rule to that transaction code We have also connected many expense codes to that expense rule in the credit card configuration windowActual resultsAll the credit card transaction are generating postings on TX4 and TX7 based on the posting controlExpected Results Each of the expense code to be defined to reach different accounts based on the company requirement - For Example - Expense code 010 to reach account 1000 and Expense code 015 to reach account 2000.The purpose for the above requirement is that to do accounting analysis Thanks in advance

Direct Role Assignment
