Dear Community Support,We have Project Managers in APAC where consists of 3 different countries/ Companies, (HAPL, HAP & HSEA) are unable to approve the hours logged against work orders in other entities.For example, one PM in HAPL, is unable to approve WO hours in HAP and HSEA. Since we are having an APAC level project management in place, the project managers in the entities HAPL, HAP and HSEA should be able to approve the work order hours for all three entities (HAPL, HAP and HSEA) in APAC.In fact, they should have whatever authority they require to execute projects in the three entities. Dear Team, Customer is currently implementing IFS in their branch in France.It was noted that the payment format Bill of Exchange collection (Remise de LCR) is missing in IFS, but is needed for customer branch. "The electronic payment format for customer “Bill of Exchange collection” according to the French National Banking Committee standard "CFONB160" (see screenshot below) is not supported by the standard and the country pack.This electronic payment format is still widely used today in France by banks and IFS customers. Hi Team, Customer need a template to upload deposits to the system. Currently they are manually entering direct deposits of all spares dealers to the system.There are huge no of entries to be entered by user each day. As a example user has to be entered around 30-50 deposits per each day & each payment having at least 5-15 invoice matchingSo when customer take it as line items wise it is almost 400 lines to be matched per day.Their requirement is to enter all these payments in an excel sheet & upload to the system through a template (each deposits separately)And also consider if there any cancellations (cheque return, wrong data) it has to be cancellated as separate line.Customer using "Customer Payment" window to enter deposits & for receipts cancellation "Rollback Customer Payment".Kindly let them know whether we are having this function & how to access it. Hi Team,Customer create customer statements. This should be a record of all the transactions they had during a given voucher period. Which should show invoices due, check payments against an invoice, and any invoices where interest is charged.Can this be accomplished? Customer was able to do something similar to what they wanted with the customer transactions report, but this can't be batched and sent to all customers at once. One run one at a time. Booking Control Supplier Partial Rollback: In the case of "Supplier Payment Rollback - Partial Payment", we already have the problem in IFS7.5 that the lump-sum partial payment is not posted back to the supplier, but to the company ID. The fault is the booking control PP9, because this is not can be set equal (according to supplier group) posting control IP1. Please advise on how this can be corrected.
