Hi @Eranda Yes, that is what we have done, but as we need to automate we did a pseudo code and it working.But we still don´t get it to be 100% as IFS is not taking Domain <DOMN> in account or Sub-Family <SubFmlCD>Example from Nordea and SEB, some example below, more is in the mig.What we need is that every transaction type can be a different code string, as showed in SEB screenshot.We want also that if we have defined this, the mixpayment is created automatically. Currently we only find a way to approve the mixpayment in background.

Hi Had also some problem as with SSO and IFS10. See SSO Error But I don´t think above messages is related to my error, but I would suggest that you separate the ADFS login issues and the user create (AD Sync). The later is only to create a user and have nothing to do with SSO. To enable a user to have SSO you need to change the Directory ID to the same as your UPN, have a look in your AD and see what UPN you have set. successfully logging on using Chrome, IE11 and Edge What do you referring with the above statement, is it working with Aurena and not EE? /Karl
Hi Yes, all users are set up in invoice payment authorizers. I see what you say, but it can´t be applied when we talk about new users, that normally is the case. Maybe we can try with groups, anyone tested that? /Karl

Hi! Have any one have any input how to solve automated user creation? I know there's is the AD sync, but haven't tried this yet, how is for example the HR Module solved? Thinking of when users move between departments or roles, also if there are any input on the Maintenance side work order reassignment? We are in the O&G and offshore personnel are changing position very often. All this in Apps10 /Karl The user would be global though and not change just because you move between companies/sites? Correct - But they move between different sites and different roles. I guess you can´t be a member of more than one HR/Positions, now I thinking of Procurement/Authorization/Purchase Auth.I think the user creation part is easy, but to do the other layers that´s what I need input on. /Karl
Are you talking about wanting it to show up in the maintenance plan associated with the task to be able to prove the step was completed for auditors? What are you envisioning? Hi @JerryB We use the function Merge on PM Action. When a merge is done object id is not set on Work Order or on Work Task, only on Work Step. In this case with merge, it´s not possible to see open work order in the Object Navigator. /Karl
Hi @NickPorter The downside that I can think of is a DDoS attack, but normally you put a reversed proxy in front of IFS if you plan to publish it on the Internet.But if you don´t have any issue I would recommend to leave the default value./Karl

Hi! When we use PM Group ID with the merge function, each PM Action will be a step on the Work Order/Work Task. We need to keep track of all work performed on each object, even if it is done as a work step. As the solution is now the Work Task and Work Order doesn’t have an object connection when we use the merge function, which means that the history can’t be found in the Equipment Object Navigator. /Karl
One more thing, on windows 10 you need to grant modify permission to the Reporter desing folder, otherwise, the creation of PDF from XML don´t work.Folder is:C:\Program Files (x86)\IFS\IFSReportDesigner/Karl
Hi What I have heard is that it will be released this winter, you need a subscription from IFS to get access to the Bot, IFS is hosting the bot but interface to your API. You need to be in IFS 10 update 6 and onwards. /Karl
Hi You need to run the Reporter Designer as an administrator and install it as administrator (at least on windows 10 1709). The software is tough to understand at first sight. My advice is to regularly is to do "save as..." often before every change almost. As it often not possible to do a undo or the complete report design just crash. For basic use, read the Deployment and C. guide, but reverse the process, export the schema and the layout. Open then the layout first then open the schema, use File/Open.. opening the files (strange i know). Use then preview (under file) to locally generate the pdf. The xml file needed is downloaded from RMB Get xml data from Report Archive in IFS. Depending on what you want to do, I use different approaches: If i need to move a text box in a row, then I split columns and merge them, very time-consuming way, but in very complex reports, like PO, that is the only way forward. If you add columns and row to a existing layout that normaly breaks the layo
