Payment Term does not Include Tax

Hi @dannyh , You can change this setting from the Company Window > Invoice tab > by ticking the checkbox for ‘Cash Discount based on Gross Amount’. In order to resolve the reported issue you can tick it and your discount will be calculated based on Gross Amount, including the tax amounts as you need. Hope this helps you Best Regards,Thanushi

Debtors Days

Dear @SMcLees ,You will be able to simply achieve this via the Customer Analysis window. Go to the Customer Analysis window and Query for your Customer. Make sure to check the ‘Auto Populate’ checkbox which is highlighted below. In this window you will be able to do an analysis of the customer invoices, how much has been paid, how much is due, number of days it takes to pay etc. However, for the reporting purposes you can use the Order Reports as mentioned above such as the Customer Ledger Age Analysis, and then use Customer Aging Analysis to do an analysis of your receivables. Select the Output and then select Custom Export Select the file type you need to generate the output file and then select OK.You can select either selected rows and all rows as you require. Hi @mess1153 ,Can you verify the below information?Check if your employee is linked to a Person ID which is active ? Check if the employee belongs to a proper organization code and position? Are we able to reverse the sign of quantity on Sales recording?

Hi @Rcoubrou , I don’t believe this can be achieved in the standard application.It has been reported to RnD a couple of years ago and they have mentioned that this cannot be achieved in the core application. They have also mentioned that you cannot use the quantity for statistical purposes in the general ledger since it may not contain negative values. They have closed this request in the past as a standard enhancement request.However, I believe you may be able to achieve this as a customization through IFS Consultancy.Hope this information helps you Best Regards,Thanushi

How do absence plan and absence limit differ in IFS Applicaton

Hi @DalRungtM ,Hope the below information would help you. Absence PlansAbsence Plans are entered and confirmed by Employees in the My Absence Plans or the My absence Calendar. Absence Plan can be viewed and approved by supervisors in the Absence Plan lobby. The Absence window will provide all the absence information of the Employee including approved Absence Plans, the registered absences etc. You can also use the My Absence Calendar to view, registered absence. Absence Plans are registered by employees and approved by the employees supervisor. Absence Plans will plan the Employee’s absence within a period of one year. Absence Plans will directly create an absence request if the absence type of the absence plan has the Register Request on Plan Approval selected. Absence RequestsAbsence Requests are entered and confirmed by Employees in the My Absence Requests and My absence Calendar. Hi @SMcLees ,As mentioned above the ‘Send to Colleague’ option would be ideal for your requirement I feel.As you have mentioned that you need to assign it to a responsible you can add this person as an authorizer in the invoice itself when you have a Posting Proposal Company.RMB on the Manual Supplier Invoice > Authorize tab By adding this step, the responsible person will need to authorize the invoice before it can be finally posted.Best Regards,Thanushi

Wrong Parallel Currency Upload in IFS

Hi @CapAbhijP , As I understood the explanation above, you uploaded a file with incorrect parallel currency rates by mistake to the IFS Application hence the issue occurred. Please correct me if not. The answer would depend on whether you have processed any transactions based on those incorrectly recorded parallel currency rates. If you have not processed any transactions such as invoice creations etc. based on these incorrect parallel currency rates, then you have the options given below:You can upload a new file in the same manner through the file upload with the correct currency rates. By doing this you can resolve the issue immediately. You can go to the Currency Rates window and manually update them as shown below. This will also help you correct those incorrect rates to the correct rates which will resolve the issue. But if you have already done transactions with the incorrect parallel currency amounts then those transactions too will need to be corrected to reflect the correc

Aurena - When query not all results are shown

Hi @Leif ,This functionality is currently not available in IFS Aurena as it has been designed to show 24 records to optimize the performance. However, we understand the concerns you have as IEE shows more than 24 records when it is populated.Therefore, in order to proceed at this moment since this functionality is not available in the latest Aurena you have the option to contact IFS Consultancy to check the possibility to get this done as a customization.I have just reported it as an ‘Idea’ to RnD to be considered in future releases. External supplier invoice

Hi @JTSPIE , As mentioned above, you have the option to change the company when the file is loaded into the system. This is done when you are loading the file through the External Supplier Invoice Assistant and you can change the value of the Loading Company to the Company you wish to change it to. At this point however, the invoice is not yet created hence you have the option to do this. But as you have mentioned that you do not use the External Supplier Invoice Assistant and the files are being loaded via an External System the invoices are created already and you do not have the option to change the company of the supplier invoices. Even-though you are using multi company processes the external supplier invoices window is company specific. Therefore, you have the below options to handle this requirement.You can delete the invoice from this window and then reload the correct company. You can explain your requirement to IFS Consultancy and then get a customization to handle this sort

Hi @lukasbeck ,Thank you for the answers. This is a bug in the IFS Application and it has been fixed through bug fix – 157451 which is available from UPD11. If you need this issue to be fixed urgently I suggest you to raise a case to IFS Support to request this correction.
