Hello

We are running into an issue where the Specific Sales Price for a particular employee on an activity has a specified price, but the project transaction isn't reflecting the price - it is showing the Specific Sales Price for the project. We've checked everything we can think of in the set up and don't see what's missing. It worked as expected in Apps 8 but hasn't worked as expected since the upgrade to Apps 10.

Has anyone experienced this issue and been able to resolve it?

Thank you,

Joann

It seems to ignore the employee specific price no matter what combination of project, sub project, activity, report code and employee ID.

Hi @jtobin,

In the Project Transactions window, have you tried the RMB option and select ‘Update Sales Price’?

Hello, @Thanushi Jayaweera

I did try the RMB > Update Sales Price but it didn’t change anything.  Also, I would expect the price to be set according to the Specific Price when the transaction is entered.

I will submit a case to IFS to see if there is something in the setup that we are missing.  Thank you for your suggestion!

Joann
