Replenishment request failed to create a transport task for the kanban circuit xxx. Verify inventory exists to transport.

Hi experts 😊,Hoping for a resolution for the following issue.Created a Kanban Circuit for a Part with Replenish Type: Location Next, created a background job via Kanban Reorder Point Request; However, the background job does not execute and gives a warning as “Replenishment request failed to create a transport task for the kanban circuit xxx. Verify inventory exists to transport.” Hence the transport task cannot be generated.Waiting for your valuable insights on what would be the reason and how to resolve this issue. Thank you 😊

Required "Supply to Location No" not populating in Kanban Circuit

Hi all 😊, Kindly share your insights on the below issue.I need to add location QA2 to “Supply to Location No" field in Kanban Circuit. The Part Site and the Location is having same site.The Location is connected to a remote warehouse of the same site.Would anyone happen to know why the required Location Number is not populating in the Kanban circuit?Additionally, could you kindly advise on the necessary steps to make it visible? Work Task status issue

Hi 😊,Would anyone happen to know the method for automatically setting the following Work Task to the status of 'Work Done'?All the assignments are in Completed status, but the Work Task status remains Work Started.I supposed that the reason is toggling on “Allow Multiple Visits”.But when I attempt to toggle off it the below error generates.Any workaround to set the Work Task automatically to Work Done/ Finished is highly appreciated.Environment : IFS CLOUD 22.2.19Thank you 😊

Error in viewing/ downloading document when Archiving Active in B2B Portal

Hi all 😊,The customer has a problem with viewing/ downloading Archived attachments in APP10 Aurena B2B Portal.Create Request Order Quotation and attach a document(drag and drop).Right Click and go to Document Revision VAP-DMS Data tab and Set the Archive ID Active.Set the status to Approve and Release.The Background job is executed perfectly without errors.Navigate to B2B portal, Request Order Quotation Lobby and when attempting to view/ download the document, an error displays and the requirement is not allowed.When checked the Debug Info, the following error is shown.But when the Archiving Active is turned off for another example, the Document can be viewed/ downloaded in B2B portal perfectly.I wonder whether, there is a customized extension is available in this environment. Because we cannot test in our environment since Archiving Active (VAP-DMS Data tab) is not available.Any idea on how to fix this issue is highly appreciated. Thank You 😊

Unable to Generate Invoice Preview for a Work Task created

Hi all 😊,I am encountering an issue regarding the generation of an invoice preview for a material that has been issued within a Work Task, which is in released state. Issues when creating fields with leading spaces and special characters

Hi all 😊,Below is related to a customer issue with regard to the include of certain characters and spaces in fields. Would you kindly provide your insights and feedback on this matter? Your expertise and perspective would be greatly appreciated.I did some further investigation and found that a “System Parameter” is provided to limit the use of special characters in Key fields…By default, the “Space” character is not include in this system parameter. As such, space characters should currently be usable anywhere within a key field.I tried editing this System Parameter to include a space character, and then created a new Customer which included a space within it's ID. Unfortunately, the system parameter didn't seem to have any effect at all. I was still able to create a Customer with a space character in it's ID field.In fact, this test revealed a further issue whereby Customers can be created with IDs containing any of the characters listed in this System Parameter (i.e. Aurena doesn't

How to remove the tiles in MWO properly

Hi all 😊,Your support in this regard is highly appreciated.I would appreciate guidance on how to remove tiles such as Pool Work, New Service Request, and Objects from the APP in a more standard way than the below procedure.The customer claims the following steps.Environment: IFS CLOUD 23.1.8Open the Solution Manager Tab, then the Mobile Apps tab, the Apps for Page Designer tab and then the Service Engineer tab From the Service Engineer tab, Removed the tiles that we do not need in the MWO such as the Pool Work, New Service Request, Measurements and Objects. Then disconnected from the MWO and logged in again and saw that some tiles that didn’t remove were removed and the ones that did remove were still there. The above procedure has unfortunately not been successful in the environment.If you are aware of any proper workaround for removing the tiles, please kindly share your procedure. Thank you 😊

Error in Viewing the document attached

Hi all 😊,The customer has a problem with previewing attachments in APP10 Aurena. This is a widespread issue in many fields. When you click the preview button, and error message displays as below.The problem affects all users.The strangest thing is that the preview of the same attachments works in Enterprise Explorer, so it is not a problem of permissions or incorrect paths.Relevant technical logs are in attached files.Any idea on how to fix this issue is highly appreciated.Product Version: UPD15Thank You 😊

PSO status turning to - - 1

Hi 😊,kindly request your assistance with an intermittent issue currently experienced in the customer's environment.Customer environment: IFS CLOUD 23.2.2This ID: 7623 which is in accepted status in PSO is related to WT 5682 which is in released status.The customer address line was empty and therefore, added an address line.When the addressline is added This ID: 7623 in PSO which is in accepted status has turned to - -1 (which should be with (WO No - Task No - 1)To fix this, attempt to add a resource line deleting the previous line and it is not allowed.Attempt to cancel the accepted assignment and it is not allowed since it is transferred to mobile.We would conclude that attempting the address line modification during the 'Allocated' state or before allocation could prevent this issue from occurring.But there is another example when the PSO is turning to allocated state:Here, ID No: 14194 Task No: 8781 in PSO is in allocated state and allocations are not available in scheduling infor

Error in moving a Serial Object

Hi all, 😊I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the movement of a serial object. Specifically, I am seeking clarification on whether it is feasible to relocate a serial object while in the "Observe the Service Object 360" page view, with 0 Active Requests and 0 Active Work Tasks, but with 1(1) Contract and 1(1) Recurring Program, as indicated in the attached Service Object 360 page.Despite numerous attempts, I encountered difficulty in moving the object, with an error message stating, "Service lines connected to this Object or its structure are already used in a Work Order or a PM action and cannot be deleted." To address this, I navigated to the relevant "Recurring Service Program" and adjusted the statuses of all requests to "Closed". However, despite this action, the status of the "Recurring Service Program" remained active, and I was unable to proceed with the movement.Upon changing the status of the "Recurring Service Program" to "Obsolete", I found that the m

The documents have attached in IEE for Supplier Purchase Orders, the clamps are not visible in most lobby elements in B2B.

Hi all,I am reaching out regarding the matter of attachment clamps not being visible in certain order lines within the B2B supplier Portal. Despite diligently following all prescribed steps, the issue persists within the customer development environment. Any assistance or support you could provide in resolving this matter would be immensely appreciated.The customer had recently updated to UPD 20, in which it worked correctly in previous update (UPD12)Document clamp sign is visible only in “Open Orders”, it is not visible in most lobby elements like "Open Order Lines", "Order Lines to Confirm" etc. in B2B portal. Work Notes/ findings in customer DEV Environment:1. The document must be released.2. The user must have at least view access.3. Referred permission sets should be granted.4.
