Kanban Reorder Point Request error message

Invoice image Viewer of attachments in Posting Proposal not working after SU upgrade

We upgraded IFS Cloud from version 22.1.3 to 22.2.5 and after that we cannot view the picture of the invoices in Posting Proposals any more.

WADACO ProcessCard_ProcessCard_Details: error message

We have had Zebra scanners (SCANIT) working now for some months but this error appeared suddenly on some of our scanners. You can normally login to the app but as soon you want to enter the menus we get this error message and cannot use the scanner. It still work on some scanners.We tried to reset, reinstall the app change user ids but that did not  help. We refreshed server and scanit app caches, restarted the native-odata pod. Any idea's? ProcessCard_ProcessCard_Details:Failed to read expression value from record.HasSubMenu. IFS Cloud 22.1.3

Add an static PDF to Quotations Report

We have an standard “Terms and Conditions” PDF file we need to be able to send with the standard Quotations Report from IFS Cloud.  This should be a default attachment every time a quotation is emailed or printed.Any good instruction how to set up this in IFS Cloud?

Too many documents to transfer to overview page. Showing a limited list.

When adding many attachments in Posting Proposals to an invoice we get this message.“Too many documents to transfer to overview page. Showing a limited list.”Is there a way to configure this so we can see all attachments added to the invoice?

deleting aurena user error

We are using aurena 22.1.3 and when trying to delete an inactivated user I get this (Data Capture Session) error..I tried to remove the sessions with Database Task Schedules “Remove Data Capture Sessions” but that did not solve the problem. Any ideas?

Document icons missing for some Aurena users

SaveFeedbackVirtualRecord Failed message in WADACO

Aurena Client 22.1.3 When using ScanIt for wadaco we get this error message now and then.Added all WADACO componets and ScanIT to WADACO_MOBILE_USER permission I tried to reinitialize and it only deleted the transaction record

PrintAgent not starting as a service when restarting computer

The problem: The PrintAgent service is stopped when restarting the computer. I installed the PrintAgent with an local account I made and put it in the Administrators group on the local computer. I run the PowerShell script as described for the local admin account I made.The installation went fine and the PrintAgent is looking for jobs and works until the computer is restarted. Business Reporter install failure

When installing Business Reporter even with windows Admin rights we cannot get it to work and got this error message in Windows event log. Parts of the program is not installed and the addi-in is not shown in Excel.On my computer it works and that was installed in March this year. We tried to install it on several computers and got the same error. Only one Excel Addon appears in Excel, the two other will not be installed at all.

A user needs edit rights to attachments done by another user in Inventory parts

We have a user who changed her name and the new name was not renamed but created as a new user name (ID)That caused problem now when editing earlier made attachments (with the old ID).Is there a way to grant permission the the new user to be able to edit her previously made attachments?It is in APP9 Inventory Part and from File Operations she would need the right to edit the attachments she did with her old ID.Any suggestions?

Copying permission sets from APP9 to Aurena Cloud

We are upgrading from APP9 to Aurena cloud. We will set the same permissions we used in APP9.Since the permission sets cannot be exported/imported from APP9 to Aurena we need to create totally new permission sets in Aurena. We will name the permission sets same way and use the same permission levels as in APP9. I compare the permission sets in APP9 and trying to set the same in Aurena.How do I know when to set “Set All Read Only” or to “Set All Full” for the projection in Aurena?Is there a way to see this in APP9 so I can set it the same way in Aurena?
